JOB DESCRIPTION

About the position:  

The Information Security Analyst is a new position in the IT Security function. 
This teams primary responsibility is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity
and availability of IT and information assets.

The core responsibilities of this role are to:

 * Assist with information security assurance activities across the Guardians
 * Facilitate information security risk assessments
 * Support the proactive identification, management and mitigation of
   information security risks
 * Contribute to the Security Working group
 * Reviewing and updating the Guardians Information Security Strategy

We are looking for someone who is passionate about a career in security, has a
sound understanding of technology and a keen sense of responsibility.  You will
have excellent analytical skills, good judgement and the ability to work calmly
and methodically under pressure. The Information Security Analyst works across
the Guardians with all levels hence excellent interpersonal skills are
important, being able to influence and navigate conflict as well as the ability
to communicate clearly.
