GRAIN DAMS

Our grain dams are the most economical way of storing grain on a short-term
basis

The simple design and rugged material are ideally suited for all types of
farmers and sizes of farms. Easy to erect and reuse the next harvest.

Capacity: 130 tons (0.76SG) Mesh: 6mm Galvanized Steel MPVC: 550gsm UV
Stabilized PVC (different options available)

PVC ROOF ZINK SILOS

Ensign Storage Solutions identified the need for a storage solution that is more
permanent than our grain dams but offers more of the versatility of conventional
silos.

Our PVC roof silos fall in between two of our product ranges; grain dams and
conventional silos, they are quick and easy to erect and cost effective.

This product is perfect for short term on farm storage, and for storage of grain
for personal use. Grain storage must be managed in order to store for longer
periods.

Capacity: 50 - 150 tons (0.76SG) Corrugated: 0.8mm Aluzink Steel PVC: 550gsm UV
Stabilized PVC (different options are available)

CONVENTIONAL SILOS

Ensign Storage Solutions are a proud supplier and installer of conventional
steel silos.

From supplying silos, to complete turn key solutions, Ensign Storage Solutions
can offer clients a tailor-made product to suit their specific needs.

BUNKERS

Ensign Storage Solutions offers client that require larger storage capacity the
options of storing grain, seeds and raw materials in bunkers.

Our bunkers are designed, manufactured and installed in a modular way to ensure
that we utilise the available surface area to its maximum potential.

Capacity: 5000 - 20 000 tons (0.76SG) Corrugated: 0.8mm Aluzink Steel PVC:
700gsm UV Stabilized PVC (Ice Blue) Ground sheet: 250 Micron Silex Plastic

AUGERS

Ensign Storage Solutions has been at the fore front of designing and building
augers in Africa. We are a proud supplier of augers to some of the large
agricultural co-ops in South-Africa.

Our unique approach offers a robust solution that works easily and has little to
no maintenance.

We designed our augers to work in the African market and to withstand the harsh
environment in which they need to be used.

We do offer a standard range of augers but our strength lies in the fact that we
can design and build custom augers and other handling equipment that is
specifically tailored to each client’s needs.

Our in-house design team has years of experience and are knowledgeable in what
solution works best for each type of material.

Our standard size augers range:

WATER STORAGE





ALUZINK RESEVOIRS (CORRUGATED)

Ensign Storage Solutions offers water storage reservoirs that is manufactured
from the highest grade of Aluzink sheets that have a higher aluminium composite
in the coating.

This allows for longevity of the product in the harsh African weather
conditions.

We offer reservoirs without roofs, but also offer zink roofs, shade net roof or
PVC roof options.

Capacity: 13kl - 750kl Corrugated: 0.8mm Aluzink Steel PVC: 900gsm UV Stabilized
PVC

CONCRETE DAM LINERS / PVC DAM LINERS

Ensign Storage Solutions PVC dam liners gives our customers the ability to
re-use old and leaking concrete reservoirs for additional water storage.

Most farms have old dams that have cracked over the years and have thus been
deemed unusable. Installing a new PVC liner in an old concrete dam can in many
cases be a cheaper way of supplying water to camps.

Concrete dam liners are made to customers specific measurements.

EARTH DAM LINERS

Ensign Storage Solutions has a large PVC converting facility, this allows us to
manufacture small to very large earth dam liners.

With our advanced facility we can manufacture liners exceeding 100m x 100m. This
enables us to provide the perfect solution to game farms and other sites
requiring large capacity earth dams with more effective water retention.
