Senior Assistant Manager, Japan National Tourism Organization, Singapore Office
Felicia is a Japan travel and MICE specialist. She has over 12 years of
experience in the tourism industry of which 7 years were in the Japan leisure
travel. With her keen interest in the industry, she took on a new role in the
Japan MICE sector 5 years ago. Prior to joining Japan National Tourism
Organization, Singapore Office, she has lived and worked in Japan for 2 years
under the reputable Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) programme. It is run by
the Japanese government with the aim of improving English language learning and
promoting cultural exchange in Japanese schools.
