State of the art open end machinery will be in operation for producing authentic
yarns and fast production. Production capacity would be 9 tons a day.
 



FABRIC
Our fabric development process starts with the customer. We custom- engineer a
limitless combination of finish chemistries for diverse fabric needs.
 



GARMENTS
Eastern Garments sewing department is equipped with cutting-edge electronic
technology and the equipment that is required to produce high quality consumer
goods.
 



EMBELLISHMENT
Eastern garments has highly developed technology in the field of embellishment.

FACILITATE THE MANUFACTURERS – EXPORTERS & IMPORTERS TO CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS

PRE PRODUCTION CHECK




FIRST FINISHED PRODUCTS ARE CHECKED AGAINST BUYER’S SPECIFICATIONS AND A
PROTOTYPE SAMPLE. DEVIATIONS AREIDENTIFIED AND CORRECTED.

 
 







FINAL INSPECTION





FINAL INSPECTION IS BASED ON SPECIFICATION OF THE BUYERS AND IT COVER CRITERIA
SUCH AS DESIGN/ STYLE, SHRINKAGE, ACCESSORIES, MARKING, COLORS, LABELING,
MATERIAL, ETC.
