MEET THE ASSESSOR-COUNTY CLERK-RECORDER Peter Aldana Peter Aldana was elected the Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder for Riverside County in June of 2014. Peter has been with the Riverside County ACR’s office for over 30 years in a variety of appraisal, supervisory, and management positions. He has held the positions of Principal Deputy ACR, Chief Deputy ACR, and Assistant ACR responsible for Valuation and IT. Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Fullerton, and his Master of Arts degree in Education from Azusa Pacific University. He is a member of the California Assessors’ Association, the County Recorder’s Association of California, the California Association of Clerks and Election Officers, and the International Association of Assessing Officers. Peter is a life-long resident of Riverside County. With his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife Lucy and two sons, Cristian and Alex, playing golf, traveling, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
