Those enrolled in a frequent flyer programme with one of our oneworld member
airlines will — depending upon their tier, as outlined below — automatically be
eligible for oneworld Priority benefits. These benefits are designed to help

There are three oneworld Priority tiers: Emerald, Sapphire, and Ruby. Each tier
enjoys a level of oneworld Priority benefits, which may include airport lounge
access, priority boarding, extra baggage, priority baggage handling, and more.

WHAT IS YOUR TIER STATUS?

You are automatically designated a oneworld Priority tier when you reach a
top-tier status on a frequent flyer programme with one of our oneworld member
airlines. To learn your oneworld Priority tier status, use the drop-down menu to

   from boarding all the way back to the carousel, though not currently
   available on flights operated by British Airways.

As an Emerald frequent flyer, the following special checked baggage privileges
will apply when you fly on oneworld airlines: On itineraries using the baggage
allowance “weight” system - 20 kgs in addition to the ticketed-cabin allowance.
On itineraries using the “piece system” - one additional bag for free in
addition to your ticketed baggage allowance.
As a Sapphire frequent flyer, the following special checked baggage privileges
will apply when you fly on oneworld airlines: On international or domestic
itineraries using the baggage allowance "weight" system - 15 kgs in addition to
the ticketed Economy Class baggage allowance. On international itineraries, that
include domestic sectors, using the baggage allowance “piece” system – one
additional bag*, weighing up to 23kgs, up to a maximum of two pieces. On purely
domestic itineraries, using the baggage allowance "piece" system, for tickets
with no ticketed baggage entitlement - the assurance of one piece of checked
baggage, weighing up to 23 kgs.

To note on special checked baggage privileges,
- Customers travelling in First and Business Class cabins will, in most cases,
receive an even greater free checked baggage allowance.
- Special checked baggage privileges are not available on British Airways' 'Hand
Baggage Only/Basic' fares.

Exceptions may apply.

HOW DO I JOIN THE ONEWORLD FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMME?

There is no standalone frequent flyer programme for oneworld. Our benefits, like
priority check-in, priority baggage, and access to hundreds of airport lounges,
are an added perk of flying with our partners. To see which airlines

HOW DO I KNOW MY ONEWORLD TIER STATUS?

You can check your oneworld tier status by using the drop-down menu on this page
to see how your status with one of our member airline frequent flyer programme
equates to your oneworld tier.



HOW DO I FIND ONEWORLD LOUNGES?

We made it easy. Using the "Find a Lounge" tool, enter your airport location and
all available lounges will appear, along with hours of operation, amenities, and
location within the airport.



WHEN DO I RECEIVE THROUGH CHECK-IN SERVICES?

Wherever possible, a passenger travelling on a single ticket or booking will be
checked through to the final destination, along with their baggage.
