UNLOCK SHAREHOLDER VALUE AT SAMSUNG C&T


BY IMPROVING ITS CAPITAL ALLOCATION APPROACH, THE BOARD CAN ENSURE THE COMPANY’S
SHARE PRICE BEGINS TO REFLECT THE TRUE VALUE OF ITS HIGH-QUALITY BUSINESSES.
THIS WILL BENEFIT SAMSUNG C&T, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS AND ALL STAKEHOLDERS.

The Investor Group consists of local and foreign shareholders who firmly believe
there are clear opportunities to unlock long-term value at Samsung C&T. That is
why we have submitted two value-enhancing proposals for consideration at the
Company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

INCREASED DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION


Dividend payment for FY 2023 of KRW 4,500 per common share and KRW 4,550 per
preferred share
