ABOUT US

After many years of experience in the chartering industry, shipping agencies,
tugs and pilot companies, both in the assistance of vessels in the various ports
and in the support of offshore operations, Meridian Navigation begins operations
as a Shipping Agent and new business consulting firm in the maritime industry.

More recently we have actively participated in the design of protocols for barge
to ship loading and unloading, an area where we have been pioneers in this type
of operation in Colombia. Our team has over twenty-five years of experience in
the shipping agency business. Meridian Navigation serves its principals,
shipowners, charterers and suppliers in all Colombian ports.

Our commitment is to protect the interests of our clients. Through a coordinated
effort, we anticipate and identify potential areas of delay to speed operations.
Our team is qualified to perform the necessary procedures to prevent and
overcome operational problems that cause unnecessary delays of the vessel in
port.


RELIABLE & PERSONALIZED ATTENTION

A Meridian Navigation agent is always assigned on board the vessel during
loading or unloading operations and is at all times supported by ground staff
who coordinate the requirements with the shipper, supplier, and terminal staff.
Periodically, our team receives intensive training in safety procedures for
tankers and terminals. The knowledge gained allows us the fast and safe handling
requirements of the vessel and its crew.


EFFICIENCY IN SERVICE

Meridian Navigation continues to grow and develop skills through constant
training and the accumulation of many years of experience in the handling of,
tankers, gas and bulk carriers of various types and sizes.
