We have made multiple improvements to the Agent360SM platform.




FEATURED IMPROVEMENTS



Around-the-Corner Changes 
All states
 
If the customer's renewal offer has generated and you're submitting a change
that applies to both the current and renewal term, you do not need to submit two
transactions. The change to the current term will automatically apply to the
renewal term. 

 

 

 

 

Agency Sweep
All States
 * If the producer-of-record is authorized for sweep, all agency users will be
   able to select agency sweep for both first payments at new business, and
   one-time payments for existing business.
 * We resolved the issue that was preventing the confirmation page from
   displaying after submitting a payment.

 

 

 

Rewrite Reason
All States
 
If the customer's prior carrier was a former MetLife Auto & Home®, Farmers
Insurance Group®, or Foremost® entity, the system will prompt you for a reason
for the rewrite. The below list includes the actual options available on the
Agent360 screen, which are the only options the user can select:
 * 21st Century
 * Bristol West
 * Economy Fire & Casualty Co
 * Economy Preferred Insurance Co
 * Economy Premier Assurance Co
 * Farmers Casualty Ins Co
 * Farmers Direct P&C Ins Co
 * Farmers Group P&C Ins Co

BRANDING CHANGES



Form Rebranding
All States
 
All forms on the Agent360 platform should now display correct branding. When you
are processing new business or policy transactions, the system will
automatically generate correctly branded forms. 

Please note:
 * If you have printed forms ahead of time (like payment authorizations), please
   discard any forms that do not have the Farmers® or Foremost brand on them. 
 * We are working to update all documents available on eForms. Before printing a
   document from eForms, check to make sure its branding has been updated.

 

 

Auto ID Cards
All States
 
New underwriting company names now display on all auto ID cards generated by the
system. 

 

 

 

New Web Addresses
All States
 
You can begin using the following URLs for our websites – past URLs will still
redirect if you have them bookmarked, but we recommend replacing them with the
new addresses.
 * Agent360: www.agentautohome.com/public/agent
 * Agent Resource Site (ARS): www.agentars.com
 * Producer News: www.foremostproducernews.com

Note that while we update web addresses, you may see "MetLife" in some URLs as
you navigate the sites. Those will be updated over time.

 

 


OTHER IMPROVEMENTS





Home Systems Protection
All States

The Home Systems Protection coverage is still available, but will default to
"no." If the customer wants to include it in the quote, select "yes."

 

Colorado Accident Prevention
CO
 
If a Colorado driver took a qualifying accident prevention course, the system
will prompt you to match the driver to a primary vehicle for discount
application.





 

 

 

Mortgage Edits
All States

You can now edit the mortgage information in a policy change without needing to
delete the existing mortgagee and add a new one.  

 

 

 

Completing Activities
All States

We resolved the problem that was sometimes stopping you from completing
activities. You should now be able to complete all activities assigned to you.
