IMPACT OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON BIODIVERSITY

Communities in water and on land are responding similarly to climate change. One
surprising exception may be the plankton.

STORMS 2023: MAJOR LOCAL DAMAGE, NO FATALITIES

Floods, debris flows, landslides, and rockfall events caused damage of around 75
million Swiss francs in 2023. This was the result of the annual evaluation of
the storm damage database by the WSL.
