Are all Musicbed artists available in subscription?

Almost our entire catalog is included in subscription, with new additions every
week. Each subscription tier includes the same music. To see what songs are not
currently included in the subscription roster, keep an eye out for a gray “s”
with the “no” symbol over it out beside the name of the song in the song row.
These songs are still available to be licensed through our single song licensing
model and subscribers get access to a 25% off coupon towards single song
licenses. You can filter out songs that are not included in subscription in your
Account Settings. This filter is automatically applied for subscribers.

What is SyncID™?

SyncID™ is a Content ID clearance system created by Musicbed and offered as an
exclusive benefit to subscribers. SyncID™ provides a smooth, streamlined process
to clear videos of ads and allows you to monetize your YouTube videos.

Can I still purchase a single song license if I have a subscription?

As a paying subscriber, an added perk is that a 25% off coupon code is provided
to help with the cost of any on-site single-song license purchases. To locate
the coupon, go to the main menu in the upper right-hand corner of the site and
select “Account”. Then, on the left-hand navigation menu, select “Subscription”.
The 25% off coupon code will appear that can be copied/pasted into the shopping
cart under Step 1. "Add Billing Info +" under "Add Coupon Code +" Please keep in
mind that none of the on-site single song licenses we offer allow for automatic
claims clearance/monetization rights. If you or the client you're working with
would like to monetize, a Custom License will be needed. If you're purchasing a
single song Wedding license, this license type covers the use of the song by the
couple to share with their family/friends and it doesn't allow for use in
portfolio work.

How do I access the subscription roster?

If you already have a subscription with Musicbed, you will automatically see all
of the artists who are included in the subscription roster. To access the full
roster, make sure the subscription toggle located in your Account settings is
toggled "off". This view will list all the amazing artists available on
Musicbed.

Is the music in subscription royalty-free?

The music on Musicbed is not royalty-free. Our catalog is referred to as a
Rights Managed Music Catalog. Rights managed means that our artists (and
sometimes their labels) retain the ownership of the copyright of their music.
Using a rights managed catalog gives you access to the highest quality music for
your projects because it is the music that these artists want to create and
release instead of half-hearted, made for sync music that is common among
royalty free songs. We love that our artists retain the ownership of their music
because it also means that they can continue to earn royalties and revenue from
their craft even outside of Musicbed! While this does mean that our music will
get flagged by YouTube’s ContentID system, if you have a subscription, we will
clear claims quickly and seamlessly with SyncID™ so you can continue to monetize
your videos. NOTE: SyncID is a benefit exclusive to our subscribers. Our Single
Song licenses grant you the right to use our music in your projects, however,
they do not include monetization. So projects using Single Song licenses will
not be eligible for copyright claim clearance.
