When someone asks me how long I've been in real estate, I pause. I want to say
'forever' because it feels like I was born into this business. Some of my
earliest childhood memories (going back to 1978) are of watching my mom comb
over listings and listening to the way she negotiated deals and conducted
business with her sellers and buyers. Spending countless hours watching my mom
help her clients was my unofficial training ground for decades and gave me an

Billy was a huge help in finding our family of 3 find an apartment. We had to
leave the place we'd lived in for 9 years & weren't looking forward to it. A
real-estate agent we know referred us to Billy and we're really glad they did!
He helped make looking for an apartment a more pleasant experience that we could
look forward to. We wanted to stay in the neighbourhood so our son wouldn't have
to change schools & we could stay close to our amazing community. Within a month
of contacting Billy, we signed a lease for a place that was similar to the one
we lived in, and only a few minutes walk away in the same school district. It
was within our price range & met pretty much every need we were looking for
(newly renovated, lots of light, in a small building, with access to a yard & a
garage for parking & storage). And on top of that, he negotiated a cheaper rent
price for us! Billy is warm, friendly, and fun to be around. He's quick to
respond to messages and questions. He really knows his stuff when it comes to
rentals and is always sure to check with you before & after viewings to make
