What will the main features of our
contract be you might want to ask?

Here is the rough framework of our #nftcollection:

we work with a gas-optimized ERC721A contract
★
when deploying the contract we will reserve 100 bears with the Constructor
★
there will be no whitelist/allowlist whatsoever. we think the concept is silly,
it also unnecessarily clogs up storage and drives up gas prices
★
for the first thousand bears we perform a #freemint. first come – first serve.
so stay tuned and better hurry up.
★
Once the first 1000 bears are given away, the price of the remaining bears will
increase with every #nft sold. the factor is small. So if you buy a bear
quickly, you can get it very cheaply.
★
If you buy several bears at the same time, the price remains the same for all
bears. Only after your mint the price
will go up.
★
hidden in the 10k bears there are 10 unique bears.
★
once all 10,000 bears have been sold, you can only purchase them from –>
@opensea.
★
uTiLitY?!?!?!!! yeah well… of course we want to find an answer to the utility
question. the status quo is that we currently have no plans, but are always
open to input. Limited Apparel might be a thing. Lets see.

we don’t want to make promises we can’t keep. we don’t want to bullshit.

In our opinion, the Discord tool is being overused. all these
projects have their own #nftcommunity. We have looked
at many of these communities and as a small team we don’t
have the resources to maintain such a community. that’s
why we refrain from it.

bears, ingeniously and artfully created by us with the intension to bring joy to

Fomofuzz Non Fungible Token Ownership

You own your legally acquired Fomofuzz NFT, minted on the Ethereum Blockchain.
Ownership of this NFT is combined with All underlying elements, traits and final
composition of this piece of art. Just because of all Fomofuzz NFT collection
articles contain multiple use of specific traits, all trait art assets are to be
shared amongst all Fomofuzz NFT owners. Ownership rights of Fomofuzz NFT’s are
verified cryptographically on the Ethereum Blockchain to proof your rights. Once
you give up ownership of the NFT all specific rights, combined with the
ownership pass to the next owner of this NFT. Old and new owner together have to
effect updating of ownership registration on the Ethereum Blockchain to avoid
perishing of right within a period of three month from the day of possession
change.

All spiritual rights of possession an ownership engaged In the production of
Fomofuzz NFT’s remain in very case at the Fomofuzz GmbH & Co KG. Intellectual
property rights, surrounding the trade mark, the website, the logos, names,
images and the right ability to mint 3D or voxel or different versions of
Fomofuzz, to acquire such rights our customer has to apply for specific
licenses, which can be granted against compensation.

Personal, non commercial use for customers is regularity royalty-free and
comprehends the use, copy, display and modifying of owned Fomofuzz NFT art.

Under license commercial use can be granted in compliance With the following
conditions:

 1. Production and – or selling items up to 150000 pieces e.g.: stickers,
    printed objects, accessories
 2. Usage in comics, posters, graphic novels, animated series and similar.
    Production of articles carrying features less than 7,5% of our original
    NFT’s is strictly forbidden, when advertised as newly minted NFT’s.
 3. The NFT’s used commercially with their inherent art and graphic trait must
    be owned by the commercial user.
 4. In any case Fomofuzz GmbH & Co KG retains ownership and name and logo plus
    all rights to use, modify and distribute all minted NFT’s for marketing and
    promotion, as well as all rights to distribute, to copy and modify Fomofuzz
    trait asset art commercially ans as NFT’s.
 5. Fomofuzz articles are not invented as investments. They should wake up
    interest of people in such objects of modern art and that is why they
    actually do not represent any monetary value.
 6. Customers of our products should not be persons under 18 years or below
    legal age.

Future changing of constractual terms

The above mentioned terms can be replaced and modified in the future. The actual
valid version of these terms will be posted on our website together with the
date, from which on these terms become effective part of all contracts with our
customers.

what is fomofuzz?

Straight outta Cave our 10k fuzzy Fellaz will live on the Ethereum Blockchain
after minting. Each bear will be uniquely generated and consist of different
valuable components handdrawn by a well-known creative mind.

How can i mint my fomofuzz NFT?

as said, it will take a little bit of honey to adopt one of the bears. all you
need is an ethereum wallet, metamask and some ethereum. Go to the Mint site,
which you can also find here at this link /*will follow soon*/, make sure you’re
logged into Metamask and connected to the site. All right, you’re good to go,
hit the mint button and enjoy.

why join fomofuzz?

Let’s put it this way. We’re a bit like the bears – quite confused. We slipped
into this NFT thing with no idea. Fomofuzz is an opportunity to join us on the
long and hard journey of exploring this crazy web3 lair. Don’t you want to
follow us along the way? There will be surprises, honey and lots of fur. We
learn every day. We are creative every day and our bears are fluffy. Aren’t
those arguments?

What can i do with my fomofuzz nft?

Feel free to do whatever you want with your bear. Just be creative! Like us 🙂
For example, you can use your unique caveman as a profile picture. If you are
very patient, there will certainly be a Web3 based webshop where you can buy
additional merch.
