BRIEF HISTORY OF IRON

On March 16, 2006, in the very early days of Planet Bob, an alliance was born.
Fast track to today and you find IRON, an alliance steeped in rich traditions,
values and history.

IRON has seen itself in every political position possible, from the sidelines of
neutral independence, to the heights of power in the strongest bloc to date.
We've won wars. We've lost wars. We've seen alliances form. We've seen even more
alliances disband.

Today, IRON is a primary driving force on Planet Bob, as we continue to embark
on our long journey through Cyber Nations. We are the largest and strongest
alliance on the Orange sphere and among the largest and strongest overall.


CORE PRINCIPLES

Our ethics remain the foundation of the IRON Alliance. In turn, our ethics rests
on a bedrock of our IRON values: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service,
Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. It reflects the high standards to which
the entire Alliance adheres, regardless of its mission area.

WHAT DOES IRON HAVE TO OFFER YOU?

As soon as your application is accepted, you can begin earning money right away
through our innovative Internal Tech Farms (ITF) program. This is only the
start, though.

 * Nation audits (by request)
 * Many opportunities for involvement
 * Academy (see below)

When you first join IRON, you will be a Cadet. Our mentors and Academy staff
will help you achieve your full membership in IRON. You will study the history
of IRON, economic strategies for building your nation, and how to set up your
nation with trade sets and improvements. Furthermore, you can stand out from
your peers by taking a service position in IRON, performing military assaults
against rogue nations, and tech trading with older nations. You can earn as much
as $30 Million, no strings attached, once you complete the requirements of the
IRON Academy.


HOW DO I APPLY?

IRON considers applications from nations of all different backgrounds. To apply,
follow the following steps.

 1. Visit IRON in Cyber Nations and click "Request to Join This Alliance".
 2. Create an account on the IRON Community Forum.
 3. Fill out the application questionnaire.

Once you complete these three steps, an IRON admissions officer will process
your application, and if you comply with all of the application requirements,
you will begin your journey as an IRON Cadet.
