Dissapointed with venue

The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater - Miami Beach

The show itself was great, all that wasnt interrupted by people arriving late
being ushered in by staff. I purposely chose seats in the front row, in order to
not have my view obstructed. I asked the usher at what point they close the
doors and stop letting people in, i was told they dont. I asked for different
seats that would be in front of the foot traffic since there were plenty emty, i
was told no. There were simple solutions such as taking late people around the
back, or having the wait until in betweent acts, but they didnt do that. Instead
i got very unsympathetic answers to my issues. I only wish i could get a third
of my money back, due to the third of the show that we missed because of
incompetence. I also feel for the performers who worked so hard to prepare for
the show, only for venue staff to ruin it for paying customers. 5 stars for the
performance. 0 for the venue

Grand ballet indeed!

The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater - Miami Beach

A beautiful and exciting selection of movements from four of the truly great
works from the classical dance canon! The soloists and troupe all danced with
precision, lyricism and truth. I love to see performances of more recent dance
works such as is typical of Miami City Ballet and other major dance troupes, but
these jewels of the grand century of dance remain unsurpassed in their artistic
beauty. The dedication by CCBM to this particular repertoire is truly a treasure
within the South Florida arts scene.

always wonderful

Miami Dade County Auditorium - Miami

it is a joy to have this kind of performance every year. the dancers had a
standing ovation for ten minutes. the bravos and the applause were heard during
the performance and at the end. this is what Miami needs. the tickets are
reasonable specially for an audience that is retired, disabled and with limited
income in its majority. You are doing an outstanding job in keeping Pedro
Pablo's legacy and mostly showing this audience the magnificence of the Cuban
school of ballet. We have monsters going out into the world. Bravo, Eriberto.

Unfrogettable!!!

Miami Dade County Auditorium - Miami

What a wonderful night! The function was amazing. All dancers were fantastic;
the best was Lorena Feijoo although she only dance once. The function was very
well organized.

to the Garcia Lorna theatre in Havana, where I used to go so often
