<p class="smallBody">By completing this registration form, the client hereby agrees that in case of dispute or cancellation <b>marcus evans</b> will not be able to mitigate its losses for any less than 50% of the total contract value.
Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax three weeks before the event. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time. Thereafter the full event fee is payable. If for any reason <b>marcus evans</b> decides to amend,
cancel or postpone this event, the event fee will not be refunded. Furthermore, <b>marcus evans</b> will not be responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. In the event that <b>marcus evans</b> cancel

booking form, payment must be made in pounds sterling. The client agrees to receive final invoice electronically </li>
<li> Cancellation: <ul>
<li> Any cancellations by the Client will immediately trigger marcus evans right to, recover as a debt all amounts outstanding under this Agreement (plus sales or similar taxes or duties), and to retain all monies received from the
Client. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph provides for reasonable liquidated damages, and not a penalty, and bears a reasonable relation to the damages marcus evans will sustain, which are uncertain and difficult to
estimate at this time. For purposes of this provision, the relevant date for determining the timing of any notice is the event date as stated on this Contract (or as scheduled as of the date the Contract is effective), even if the
date of the event is subsequently changed at any time for any reason </li>
<li> If in the case the Client is unable to attend the Event due to travel restrictions imposed as a result of the COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”), upon written notice to marcus evans at any time prior to the Event, the Client can cancel its
participation by providing evidence of such restrictions. marcus evans will issue a credit voucher at the value of the standard conference price to the Client, valid for 12 months to be used towards a future conference. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Copyright etc: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by marcus evans in connection with this event is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
</li>
<li> Data Protection: Client confirms that it has requested and consented to marcus evans retaining client information on marcus evans group companies database to be used by marcus evans groups companies and passed to selected third
parties, to assist in communicating products and services which may be of interest to the client. If the client wishes to stop receiving such information please inform marcus evans local office or email
<a href="mailto:unsubconf@marcusevansuk.com">unsubconf@marcusevansuk.com</a>. For training and security purposes telephone calls may be recorded. </li>
<li> Important note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, marcus evans reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location or omit event features, or merge the event with another event,
as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. In the event that marcus evans permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not
limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently
cancelled event, valid for up to one year to be used at another marcus evans event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. </li>
<li> Governing law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in London. However marcus evans only is entitled to waive
this right and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in which the Client’s office is located. </li>

<strong>Definitions</strong><br>
<ul>
<li>
<strong>“Marcus Evans Live+”</strong> is on online subscription service that provides online streamed access to a marcus evans live event, as well as access to all available event content in digital form on-demand post event through
our digital content platform for an agreed access period.
</li>
<li>
<strong>“Live Event”</strong> live streaming of a marcus evans Conference event taking place in a specified location, date and time.
</li>
<li>
<strong>“Start Date”</strong> means the date from which the online streamed access is available, at which point an access code unique to each participant will be provided to each registrant by marcus evans.
</li>
<li>
<strong>“Access Period”</strong> means the length of time the on-demand content will be available to access beyond that start date.
</li>
<li>
<strong>“Charges”</strong> means the fees payable by Client for the Service.
</li>
<li>
<strong>“Website”</strong> means www.marcusevans.com
</li>
<li>
<strong>“Registrant”</strong> means a single user as defined by its IP address and cookies who has entered into an Agreement for access to the service.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Client:</strong> shall pay the full contract value within five (5) days of acceptance of this Contract by marcus evans (as defined above) where upon payment is due and must be paid in accordance with the terms herein. Failure to
pay shall constitute a cancellation of this Contract by the Client and will immediately trigger marcus evans’ right to recover the entire balance of the pursuant to point 5 below. All payments are non-refundable. A twenty four (24%)
percent service charge is included in the Total Contract Price.

<li>
<strong>Registrant:</strong> It is Marcus Evans responsibility to distribute the access code amongst registrants on or before the agreed start date on such conditions and payments as Marcus Evans shall in its sole discretion deem
appropriate. Any payments made by Registrants to Marcus Evans (if any) are not refundable.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Access:</strong> A registrant will be given access to the Marcus Evans Live+ online digital content platform for the access period of 6 months as per the contract. Once this access period has expired the registrant access will
be revoked.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Access Restrictions:</strong> A registrant is identifiable to marcus evans through their IP address and a unique cookie which will be allocated to them and stored on the marcus evans group companies databases to be used for the
identification and tracking of a registrants use of the online content. Any unauthorized sharing of this access with additional users will be considered as a breach of contract and will result in filing a request for compensation for
damages.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Cancellation:</strong> Any cancellations by the Client will immediately trigger marcus evans right to, recover as a debt all amounts outstanding under this Contract (plus sales or similar taxes or duties), and to retain all
monies received from the Client. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph provides for reasonable liquidated damages, and not a penalty, and bears a reasonable relation to the damages marcus evans will sustain, which are uncertain
and difficult to estimate at this time. For purposes of this provision, the relevant date for determining the timing of any notice is the start date as stated on this Contract (or as scheduled as of the date the Contract is effective),
even if the date of the start date is subsequently changed at any time for any reason.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Cancellation of Marcus Evans Live+:</strong> In the event marcus evans permanently cancels the live event, which Marcus Evans Live+ platform was to provide access to, including but not limited to a force majeure occurrence, and
provided the client has paid all amounts under this contract, the client shall receive a credit voucher for that amount valid for up to one year to be used against any other marcus evans Live+ subscription.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Alteration of the Advertised Package:</strong> If Marcus Evans has to change the start date, access period or substantially alter the content and format of the marcus evans live subscription it will inform the client in writing
no later than 7 days before the contracted start date.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Effect of Cancellation & Alteration of Advertised Package:</strong> marcus evans will not be held liable for any costs or losses whatsoever incurred by the Client or repayment of any monies to the Client for the
cancellation, of the marcus evans Live+ service. The parties intend by Section 5, 6 and 7 above as well as this section 8 to acknowledge and agree in advance that marcus evans invests considerable and immediate costs on registrants
booking in the production and organisation of the online digital content and, in particular but not limited to, the cost of contracting speaker, and producing and hosting the online content. In doing so it would sustain considerable
losses as a consequence of or arising from such alteration or cancellation and that therefore these paragraphs are reasonable in relation to the losses marcus evans would sustain which are uncertain and difficult to estimate at the time
this Contract is made.

<li>
<strong>Transfer and Assignment:</strong> Registrant may not transfer or assign this Contract or any interest in it without the prior written consent of marcus evans.
</li>
<li>
<strong> Information and Copyright: </strong>

<li> All information supplied by marcus evans in relation to the Marcus Evans Live+ service is for the use of the registrant only and for the duration of the access period only. Any content transmitted by the Platform constitutes
intellectual property of marcus evans and cannot be passed to any third party for any purpose without the expressed permission by marcus evans. Such information is considered proprietary and confidential and the registrant agrees
not to reveal such information to any third party for any purpose. The parties agree that such information may not be conveyed to any third party for any purpose. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or
distributed by marcus evans are expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution to any third party is prohibited. </li>
<li> The online content is produced by Marcus Evans in collaboration with our speakers and sponsors. The views expressed during this live event belong solely to the sponsors and speakers as individuals based on their experience as
business professionals. These views do not represent those of the participant’s employer or other group(s) they may be affiliated with and also do not represent the views of Marcus Evans as the event producer. </li>
<li> All material provided online, including the Event presentations are approved for publication online by the Speakers. The Speakers maintain the right to withhold such permission, on their sole discretion, or edit the presentation
material prior releasing it on the platform. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Miscellaneous:</strong>

<li> This Agreement cannot be modified without the express written consent of General Counsel or his nominee and constitutes the entire, sole and exclusive agreement between the parties. Should a portion of the Contract price be
subject to federal, or local taxation or VAT if applicable, marcus evans reserves the right to add such charges to the final invoice. </li>
<li> The registrant confirms that it has requested to allowing marcus evans to retain the registrants information on marcus evans group companies database to be used by marcus evans group companies, and passed to selected third
parties, to assist in communicating products and services which may be of interest to the registrant by letter, phone, fax, (inc. automatic dialling) email or other electronic means. If a registrant wishes to stop receiving such
information please inform above marcus evans office. For training and security purposes telephone calls maybe recorded. </li>
<li> If any provision of this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the remaining terms of this contract shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law. This Agreement shall be binding on all parties upon execution and
delivery thereof. Delivery by facsimile shall constitute delivery. </li>
<li> This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London in respect of or arising from this contract. However marcus evans
only is entitled to waive this right and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in which the registrants office is located. </li>

<strong>Definitions</strong> “e-Learning Course” means the provision of an online training course, in the form of on-demand video content, exercises, and accompanying PowerPoint presentation offered by marcus evans. Additional
downloadable training content may also be provided on a course by course basis. “Trainer” means the marcus evans appointed trainer(s) for the eLearning Course “Trainee” refers to a single unique user person who is given access to the
training for a study period as defined by marcus evans and as outlined in the contact. “Start Date” means the date from which the eLearning Course is available online, at which point an access code unique to participant will be provided
to each trainee by marcus evans. “Study Period” means the length of time a trainee will have unrestricted access to the eLearning course. “Charges” means the fees payable by Client for the Service. “Website” means www.marcusevans.com

<li> The client shall pay the full contract value within five (5) days of acceptance of this Contract by marcus evans (as defined above), whereupon payment is due and must be paid in accordance with the terms herein. Failure to pay shall
constitute a cancellation of this Contract by the Client and will immediately trigger marcus evans’ right to recover the entire balance of the Contract (plus VAT and any irrecoverable customs and excise duties or other taxes) pursuant
to point 5 below. All payments are non-refundable. A twenty four (24%) percent service charge is included in the Total Contract Price. </li>
<li>
<strong>Trainees:</strong> It is Marcus Evans responsibility to distribute the access code amongst Trainees on the agreed start date on such conditions and payments as Marcus Evans shall in its sole opinion deem appropriate. Any
payments made by Registrants to Marcus Evans (if any) shall be retained by Marcus Evans.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Access:</strong> A trainee will be given access to the e-Learning Course for the study period which has duration of 3months as per the contract. Once this study period has expired the trainees access will be revoked.
</li>
<li>
<strong>Access Restrictions:</strong> A trainee is identifiable to marcus evans through their IP and a unique cookie which will be allocated to them and stored on the marcus evans group companies databases to be used for the
identification and tracking of a trainees use of the e-learning course. Any unauthorized sharing of this access with additional users will be considered as a breach of contract and will result in filing a request for compensation for

<strong>Cancellation of e-Learning Course:</strong> In the event marcus evans cancels the eLearning Course due to a force majeure occurrence, and provided the client has paid all amounts under this contract, the client shall receive a
credit voucher for that amount valid for up to one year to be used against any marcus evans e-Learning Courses. If marcus evans cancels the eLearning Course for any other reason a full refund will be provided to the client.
</li>
<li>

invests considerable and immediate costs on trainees booking in the production and organisation of the eLearning course and, in particular but not limited to, the cost of contracting trainers, producing and hosting the online content.
In doing so it would sustain considerable losses as a consequence of or arising from such alteration or cancellation and that therefore these paragraphs are reasonable in relation to the losses marcus evans would sustain which are
uncertain and difficult to estimate at the time this Contract is made.

<li>

After receiving payment a VAT receipt will be issued. If you do not receive a
letter outlining details two weeks prior to the event, please contact the event
Co-ordinator at marcus evans.
By completing this registration form, the client hereby agrees that in case of
dispute or cancellation marcus evans will not be able to mitigate its losses for
any less than 50% of the total contract value. Cancellations must be received in
writing by mail or fax three weeks before the event. Delegate substitutions are
welcome at any time. Thereafter the full event fee is payable. If for any reason
marcus evans decides to amend, cancel or postpone this event, the event fee will
not be refunded. Furthermore, marcus evans will not be responsible for covering
airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. In the event that marcus
evans cancel or postpone the event, marcus evans reserves the right to transfer
this booking to another event to be held in the following twelve months, or to
provide a credit of an equivalent amount to another event within the same sector
within the following twelve months.
The construction, validity and performance of this agreement shall be governed
in all respects by the laws of England to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose
courts the Parties hereby agree to submit.

all available event content in digital form on-demand post event through
our digital content platform for an agreed access period.
* “Live Event” live streaming of a marcus evans Conference event taking
place in a specified location, date and time.
* “Start Date” means the date from which the online streamed access is
available, at which point an access code unique to each participant will
be provided to each registrant by marcus evans.
* “Access Period” means the length of time the on-demand content will be
available to access beyond that start date.
* “Charges” means the fees payable by Client for the Service.
* “Website” means www.marcusevans.com
* “Registrant” means a single user as defined by its IP address and cookies
who has entered into an Agreement for access to the service.
2. Client: shall pay the full contract value within five (5) days of
acceptance of this Contract by marcus evans (as defined above) where upon
payment is due and must be paid in accordance with the terms herein.
Failure to pay shall constitute a cancellation of this Contract by the
Client and will immediately trigger marcus evans’ right to recover the
entire balance of the pursuant to point 5 below. All payments are
non-refundable. A twenty four (24%) percent service charge is included in
the Total Contract Price.
3. Registrant: It is Marcus Evans responsibility to distribute the access code
amongst registrants on or before the agreed start date on such conditions
and payments as Marcus Evans shall in its sole discretion deem appropriate.
Any payments made by Registrants to Marcus Evans (if any) are not
refundable.
4. Access: A registrant will be given access to the Marcus Evans Live+ online
digital content platform for the access period of 6 months as per the
contract. Once this access period has expired the registrant access will be
revoked.
5. Access Restrictions: A registrant is identifiable to marcus evans through
their IP address and a unique cookie which will be allocated to them and
stored on the marcus evans group companies databases to be used for the
identification and tracking of a registrants use of the online content. Any
unauthorized sharing of this access with additional users will be
considered as a breach of contract and will result in filing a request for
compensation for damages.
6. Cancellation: Any cancellations by the Client will immediately trigger
marcus evans right to, recover as a debt all amounts outstanding under this
Contract (plus sales or similar taxes or duties), and to retain all monies
received from the Client. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph
provides for reasonable liquidated damages, and not a penalty, and bears a
reasonable relation to the damages marcus evans will sustain, which are
uncertain and difficult to estimate at this time. For purposes of this
provision, the relevant date for determining the timing of any notice is
the start date as stated on this Contract (or as scheduled as of the date
the Contract is effective), even if the date of the start date is
subsequently changed at any time for any reason.
7. Cancellation of Marcus Evans Live+: In the event marcus evans permanently
cancels the live event, which Marcus Evans Live+ platform was to provide
access to, including but not limited to a force majeure occurrence, and
provided the client has paid all amounts under this contract, the client
shall receive a credit voucher for that amount valid for up to one year to
be used against any other marcus evans Live+ subscription.
8. Alteration of the Advertised Package: If Marcus Evans has to change the
start date, access period or substantially alter the content and format of
the marcus evans live subscription it will inform the client in writing no
later than 7 days before the contracted start date.
9. Effect of Cancellation & Alteration of Advertised Package: marcus evans
will not be held liable for any costs or losses whatsoever incurred by the
Client or repayment of any monies to the Client for the cancellation, of
the marcus evans Live+ service. The parties intend by Section 5, 6 and 7
above as well as this section 8 to acknowledge and agree in advance that
marcus evans invests considerable and immediate costs on registrants
booking in the production and organisation of the online digital content
and, in particular but not limited to, the cost of contracting speaker, and
producing and hosting the online content. In doing so it would sustain
considerable losses as a consequence of or arising from such alteration or
cancellation and that therefore these paragraphs are reasonable in relation
to the losses marcus evans would sustain which are uncertain and difficult
to estimate at the time this Contract is made.
10. Transfer and Assignment: Registrant may not transfer or assign this
Contract or any interest in it without the prior written consent of marcus
evans.
11. Information and Copyright:
* All information supplied by marcus evans in relation to the Marcus Evans
Live+ service is for the use of the registrant only and for the duration
of the access period only. Any content transmitted by the Platform
constitutes intellectual property of marcus evans and cannot be passed to
any third party for any purpose without the expressed permission by
marcus evans. Such information is considered proprietary and confidential
and the registrant agrees not to reveal such information to any third
party for any purpose. The parties agree that such information may not be
conveyed to any third party for any purpose. All intellectual property
rights in all materials produced or distributed by marcus evans are
expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or
distribution to any third party is prohibited.
* The online content is produced by Marcus Evans in collaboration with our
speakers and sponsors. The views expressed during this live event belong
solely to the sponsors and speakers as individuals based on their
experience as business professionals. These views do not represent those
of the participant’s employer or other group(s) they may be affiliated
with and also do not represent the views of Marcus Evans as the event
producer.
* All material provided online, including the Event presentations are
approved for publication online by the Speakers. The Speakers maintain
the right to withhold such permission, on their sole discretion, or edit
the presentation material prior releasing it on the platform.
12. Miscellaneous:
* This Agreement cannot be modified without the express written consent of
General Counsel or his nominee and constitutes the entire, sole and
exclusive agreement between the parties. Should a portion of the Contract
price be subject to federal, or local taxation or VAT if applicable,
marcus evans reserves the right to add such charges to the final invoice.
* The registrant confirms that it has requested to allowing marcus evans to
retain the registrants information on marcus evans group companies
database to be used by marcus evans group companies, and passed to
selected third parties, to assist in communicating products and services
which may be of interest to the registrant by letter, phone, fax, (inc.
automatic dialling) email or other electronic means. If a registrant
wishes to stop receiving such information please inform above marcus
evans office. For training and security purposes telephone calls maybe
recorded.
* If any provision of this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the
remaining terms of this contract shall be enforceable to the fullest
extent of the law. This Agreement shall be binding on all parties upon
execution and delivery thereof. Delivery by facsimile shall constitute
delivery.
* This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts in London in respect of or arising from this contract.
However marcus evans only is entitled to waive this right and submit to
the jurisdiction of the courts in which the registrants office is
located.

VIRTUAL+ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Definitions “e-Learning Course” means the provision of an online training
course, in the form of on-demand video content, exercises, and accompanying
PowerPoint presentation offered by marcus evans. Additional downloadable
training content may also be provided on a course by course basis.
“Trainer” means the marcus evans appointed trainer(s) for the eLearning
Course “Trainee” refers to a single unique user person who is given access
to the training for a study period as defined by marcus evans and as
outlined in the contact. “Start Date” means the date from which the
eLearning Course is available online, at which point an access code unique
to participant will be provided to each trainee by marcus evans. “Study
Period” means the length of time a trainee will have unrestricted access to
the eLearning course. “Charges” means the fees payable by Client for the
Service. “Website” means www.marcusevans.com
2. The client shall pay the full contract value within five (5) days of
acceptance of this Contract by marcus evans (as defined above), whereupon
payment is due and must be paid in accordance with the terms herein.
Failure to pay shall constitute a cancellation of this Contract by the
Client and will immediately trigger marcus evans’ right to recover the
entire balance of the Contract (plus VAT and any irrecoverable customs and
excise duties or other taxes) pursuant to point 5 below. All payments are
non-refundable. A twenty four (24%) percent service charge is included in
the Total Contract Price.
3. Trainees: It is Marcus Evans responsibility to distribute the access code
amongst Trainees on the agreed start date on such conditions and payments
as Marcus Evans shall in its sole opinion deem appropriate. Any payments
made by Registrants to Marcus Evans (if any) shall be retained by Marcus
Evans.
4. Access: A trainee will be given access to the e-Learning Course for the
study period which has duration of 3months as per the contract. Once this
study period has expired the trainees access will be revoked.
5. Access Restrictions: A trainee is identifiable to marcus evans through
their IP and a unique cookie which will be allocated to them and stored on
the marcus evans group companies databases to be used for the
identification and tracking of a trainees use of the e-learning course. Any
unauthorized sharing of this access with additional users will be
considered as a breach of contract and will result in filing a request for
compensation for damages

marcus evans e-Learning Courses. If marcus evans cancels the eLearning
Course for any other reason a full refund will be provided to the client.
8. Alteration of the Advertised Package: If Marcus Evans has to change the
start date, study period dates or substantially alter the content and
format of the eLearning course it will inform the client in writing no
later than 7 days before the contracted start date.
9. Effect of Cancellation & Alteration of Advertised Package: marcus evans
will not be held liable for any costs or losses whatsoever incurred by the
Client or repayment of any monies to the Client for the cancellation,
alteration, merging with another eLearning course or postponement of any
eLearning course. The parties intend by Section 5, 6 and 7 above as well as
this section 8 to acknowledge and agree in advance that marcus evans
invests considerable and immediate costs on trainees booking in the
production and organisation of the eLearning course and, in particular but
not limited to, the cost of contracting trainers, producing and hosting the
online content. In doing so it would sustain considerable losses as a
consequence of or arising from such alteration or cancellation and that
therefore these paragraphs are reasonable in relation to the losses marcus
evans would sustain which are uncertain and difficult to estimate at the
time this Contract is made.
10. Transfer and Assignment: Trainee may not transfer or assign this Contract

purpose. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or

duplication, publication or distribution to any third party is prohibited.
