   spicy basil sauce.

   Boneless pork ribs sauteed with peppers, mushroom, onions, and bamboo in
   spicy chili basil sauce

 * BEEF MACADAMIA
   
   Marinated tender beef sautéed with mushrooms, red peppers, ginger, scallions
   and macadamia nuts, served with steamed broccoli

 * TAMARIND TOFU
   
   Sauteed soft tofu with mushrooms, baby corns, pineapple, snow peas, onions,
   tomatoes, ginger, green peas, peppers, and scallions in sweet and sour
   tamarind sauce
