TRADING AUDUSD: BULLS SEEM TO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY GOOD REBOUND, IT'S

The AUDUSD extended its gains today following Wednesday's sharp rise. During the
European session, the AUDUSD was trading at 0.7120, up 0.31% on the day.

TRADING ETHUSDT: INDICATOR SHOWS CONTINUOUS NEGATIVE DIVERGENCE, WITH RISK OF
OVERBOUGHT AND PULLBACK IN THE SHORT TERM

Although expectations of aggressive interest rate hikes by the Federal Reserve
(Fed) have cooled down, the cycle of rate hikes by global central banks is far
from over. Rising interest rates will reduce investor interest in high-yield,
high-risk assets such as cryptocurrencies.

Columnist: Thomas

TRADING WTI: INFLATION SLOWDOWN MAY DRIVE DEMAND UP

WTI crude oil prices broke above $93 per barrel after the U.S. Department of
Labor reported that inflation rose at a slower pace than market expectations in
July, easing pressure on the Fed to raise interest rates further. The falling
USD also helped boost commodities.

EXPIRED XAUUSD: CAN UPTREND BE CONTINUED? FOCUS ON 100-DAY SMA CONTENTION

Technically the U.S. NFIB Small Business Optimism Index rose 0.4 points to 89.9
in July, above the market's general expectation of 89.5. However, the index is
down 9 points from the end of last year and remains at one of the lowest levels
in its history.

Columnist: Eva Chen

TRADING XAUUSD: FOCUS ON U.S. JULY INFLATION DATA, HAS GOLD BULLS RUN ENDED?

Today is probably the most important day of the week as far as economic data is
concerned, as the market will get the latest CPI data from the U.S. The market
currently has high expectations for weak July data, as China released inflation
data for July that showed lower than market expectations.

Columnist: Eva Chen

PROFIT +1523 POINTS XAUUSD: GOLD PRICE IS EXPECTED TO TEST 1,800 AND THEN MAY
FALL FROM HIGHS IN THE SHORT TERM

Gold bulls continue their strong upward momentum and are expected to test 1,800
further. The risk of falling from highs should be noted.

Columnist: Winkelmann

TRADING XAUUSD: U.S. JULY CPI SLOWS SHARPLY TO 8.5%, HAS PEAK INFLATION REALLY
REACHED ITS INFLECTION POINT?

On an annualized basis, the U.S. CPI slowed to 8.5% in July from 9.1%, below
market expectations of 8.7%. Excluding volatile food and energy prices, core CPI
rose 5.9% below market expectations of 6.1%. Growth in all U.S. inflation data
slowed from the previous month, mainly due to lower gasoline pr

TRADING WTI: WEEKLY DOUBLE TOP FORMED, OIL PRICES CONTINUE TO FLUCTUATE AND
DECLINE

Oil prices fluctuate at a high level, and the overall trend has turned bearish.
The increase in inventories may cause oil prices to fall further in the short
term.

Columnist: Winkelmann

PROFIT +1850 POINTS WTI: SHORT-TERM POSITIVE FUNDAMENTALS FAIL TO CHANGE
DOWNTREND

WTI crude oil will take further cues from inventory data from the American
Petroleum Institute and the Energy Information Administration. A large increase
in inventory data would indicate weak corporate demand and thus reduced
purchases of fuel and energy.

Columnist: Eva Chen

LOSS -900 POINTS WTI: 100 SMA IS LOWER THAN THE 200 SMA, TO CONFIRM THE PATH OF
LEAST RESISTANCE IS DOWNWARD

Recently, the international crude oil futures fell, dropping to a record low
since early February. Evaporation of liquidity in the crude oil market has
resulted in greater volatility. Oil prices have come under unprecedented
pressure due to concerns over a recession, the release of the U.S. Strategi

WTI crude oil prices broke above $93 per barrel after the U.S. Department of

USD also helped boost commodities.

Columnist: Eva Chen

PENDING USDX: INFLATION SLOWS USD LOWER WHILE CAUTIOUS OPTIMISM NEEDED

The USD is now temporarily turning lower on the back of a cooling expectation of
a rate hike due to a surprising slowdown in CPI in July, but this is not
expected to last long. The rush to bet on a Fed turn is perhaps a bit premature,
and it is far from time for a policy turn.

Columnist: Jason

LOSS -876 POINTS USDX: CORE INFLATION MAY INCREASE RATE HIKE EXPECTATIONS

The worst period of energy inflation has passed with the fall in crude oil
prices, which may moderate overall inflation to some extent. But core inflation
is the most worrisome.

Columnist: Jason

LOSS -441 POINTS USDX: DOLLAR AWAITS INFLATION DATA

The expectation of a slowdown in interest rate hikes and the disappearance of
recession expectations has warmed market risk sentiment, leaving the dollar
slightly weaker. The market currently focuses its attention on the CPI data
released on Wednesday to find more clues about the Fed's next move.

Columnist: Jason

PROFIT +70 POINTS USDX: USD COULD RALLY AGAIN AS EXPECTATIONS OF SLOWING RATE
HIKES RECEDE TEMPORARILY

The outstanding non-farm payrolls have reignited market expectations for a rate
hike by the Federal Reserve (Fed) while also eliminating the divergence between
the market and the Fed.

Columnist: Jason

LOSS -498 POINTS EURUSD: US CPI EXPECTED TO WEIGH ON EURO

The euro awaits guidance from U.S. CPI data. While the CPI is more likely to
decline, the core CPI needs to be wary.

LOSS -505 POINTS EURUSD: STRONG USD COULD BRING THE EUR UNDER PRESSURE AGAIN

Rising expectations of a rate hike by the Federal Reserve (Fed) and energy
shortages in Europe could cause the Euro (EUR) to fall again.

Columnist: Jason

LOSS -537 POINTS EURUSD: THE EURO OUTLOOK STAYS UNPROMISING, STILL MAINLY TO
SHORT

The euro soared more than 40 points in the short term, however, the market's
expectations of a U.S. recession and fading expectations of a slowdown in
interest rate hikes may limit the euro's gains. Coupled with the downside risk
of the eurozone economy which continues to increase and the drag of th

Columnist: Jason

PROFIT +880 POINTS USDJPY: VIEW REMAINS UNCHANGED AS BEARISHNESS PREVAILS

The dramatic rebound in the JPY that began over the past week seems to have come
to an abrupt end and is still being held back by key resistance levels that have
been strong this year. Our view is in line with Thursday's view that the recent
bearish trend of USDJPY is not over and USDJPY is expected

Columnist: Eva Chen

PENDING USDJPY: USD APPRECIATION MAY BE RESTRICTED BY THE SLOWING OF CPI, GOING
SHORT AFTER REBOUND

The US July CPI announcement is imminent, and the market generally expects
inflation to slow down. Thus, USDJPY may move down under pressure.

Columnist: Winkelmann

PROFIT +301 POINTS USDJPY: REBOUNDING IS THE CHANCE TO SHORT AS USD GAINS MAY BE
RESTRICTED BY CPI

The hot non-farm payrolls in July pushed the USD against the JPY to rebound
sharply in the short term, but the US July CPI announcement this week could be
bearish on the USD. Moreover, there is obvious pressure above in the USDJPY
technical chart, indicating potential further depreciation.

Columnist: Winkelmann

PROFIT +419 POINTS USDJPY: BULLS WEAKNESS APPEARS, MAINLY GO SHORT AT HIGHS

The dollar clawed back losses as the Services PMI surpassed expectations.
Bullish divergence in the Relative Strength Index (RSI) suggests that the
selling momentum has weakened. USDJPY closing above 134.50 would help the bulls
regain control of the price action. From the daily chart, the upward tre

TRADING GBPUSD: STRUCTURAL FACTORS MAY CONTINUE TO PUSH GBPUSD HIGHER

Weak U.S. CPI data for July pushed down expectations for a larger Fed rate hike
and weighed on the USD, pushing GBPUSD on track to record its biggest one-day
gain since early June.

Columnist: Eva Chen

PROFIT +1152 POINTS GBPUSD: RATE HIKES CANNOT SAVE THE POUND FROM DECLINING

he Bank of England is "reluctantly" raising interest rates in response to a
supply-side shock, which is not particularly positive for the pound.

Columnist: Eva Chen

PROFIT +209 POINTS GBPUSD: WIDENING U.S.-U.K. ECONOMIC GAP WEIGHS ON POUND
DOWNSIDE

The hot July non-farm payrolls report shows that the U.S. labor market remains
strong, supporting the Federal Reserve to continue to raise interest rates
sharply. Whereas there is a greater risk of recession in the UK economy, and the
pound is at risk of further decline.

Columnist: Winkelmann

PROFIT +301 POINTS GBPUSD: BOE RATE HIKES ARE NOT ENOUGH TO BOOST GBP

GBPUSD struggled to maintain its bullish momentum on Tuesday and retreated to
1.2100 from a daily high of 1.2131. A negative shift in risk sentiment appeared
to limit GBPUSD upside ahead of the New York session.

Columnist: Eva Chen

PROFIT +55 POINTS AUDUSD: DAILY CHART SHOWS A HARAMI STRUCTURE, RECOMMEND TO GO
LONG AT LOWS

The positive risk tone has weakened the USD as a safe haven and benefited the
risk-sensitive AUD. As inflation heats up in Australia, expectations for a 75
basis point rate hike by the RBA could rise. This week, the FOMC meeting remains
in focus, and the AUD remains under pressure from the 21 and 50

Columnist: Eva Chen

CME

Release Frequency

Reports are released at 3:30 p.m. on Friday (EST). The release includes data
from the previous Tuesday.

Content

1. Symbols: Futures and options contracts for assets including metals, energy,
and FX

2. Data: Globex, open outcry, clearport/PNT, change, and open interest

Terminology

1. CME Volume and Open Interest: CME Volume and Open Interest Report is released
at the end of each trading day

2. Globex: CME's electronic trading platform. It represents the number of
contracts traded electronically

3. Open Outcry: Represents the number of contracts traded on CME's trading
floors

4. Clearport/PNT: CME's clearing service for Over-The-Counter markets. PNT
stands for Privately Negotiated Trades. It represents the number of transactions
that were outside of Globex or Open Outcry trading venues

5. Volume: The number of contracts traded on the selected date for all CME
venues (including Globex, Open Outcry, ClearPort/PNT, and all other executions).
One key difference between volume and open interest is that volume counts all
contracts that have been traded, while open interest counts the total of
contracts remaining open in the market

6. Open Interest: Represents the number of contracts that have been entered into
and not yet offset by delivery. Each open transaction has a buyer and seller,
but for calculation of open interest, only one side of the contract is counted.
For example, three traders are trading the same futures contract. If trader A
buys one contract to enter a long trade, open interest increases by one. Trader
B also goes long and buys six contracts, therefore, open interest increases to
seven. If trader C decides to short and sells three contracts, open interest
again increases to 10. Open interest would remain at 10 until they exit their
positions, at which open interest declines. For example, if trader A sells one
contract, open interest declines to nine. When trader C decides to exit his
position, he buys back his three contracts, that brings open interest down to
six

7. Change: Represents the day-over-day change in open interest

Formula

1. Open Interest = Long position contracts bought + Short position contracts
sold - Long/Short contracts already exited

2. CME Volume = Volume generated in Globex + Open outcry + ClearPort/PNT + Other
types of executions = New long position contracts bought + New short position
contracts sold + Long/Short contracts already exited

3. Change = Open interest today - Open interest yesterday

4. Options = Call options + Put options

Importance

1. Usage: Can be used to determine market sentiment and the strength behind
price trends

2. Changes in Open Interest: If the open interest increases, the current trend
has formed; if it decreases, the trend has lost its strength

3. Changes in Volume: If trading volume goes up, that indicates that market
participants are entering the market; if the volume gets smaller, traders are
leaving the market

4. Explanation: If traders want to support the current trend, they will enter
the markets and increase the open interest. When they lose their confidence in
the trend, they will exit their positions, so open interest drops. These data
can provide some information to help traders determine market directions
