Our Firm

Based in Los Angeles with offices in New York, Atlanta and Denver, Parkview
Financial was founded in 2009 by Paul Rahimian who serves as the firm’s CEO. As
a direct private lender, we provide short-term bridge and construction loans
secured by first trust deeds to developers throughout the United States. We
manage a debt fund that has originated $4 billion in construction financing
since it launched in 2015 with loans ranging from $5 million to $300 million for
property types that include Multifamily, Industrial, Office, Retail, Residential
and Mixed-Use.

 

Parkview’s excellent reputation as a private lender has been built on our
ability to provide fast, creative financing solutions for borrowers who need
more leverage and certainty of execution.
