The Applewood Community in Clinton, NY, is a family-owned and operated business
established more than 25 years ago in beautiful central New York. Not only do we
offer spacious and affordable manufactured homes, but our community pride and
accommodations are second-to-none! When you move to Applewood, you join our
family, where we take care of our own! Enjoy a sense of privacy, community, and
the pride that comes with owning your own home.

Our community also offers many convenient service contracts including: lawn
mowing, fertilizing, shrubbery pruning, flower and tree planting, weeding,
mulching, snow removal, and pressure washing. We also sell accessories for your
homes such as: sheds, decks, carports, central AC, decorative walkways, door
awnings, and window awnings. Applewood looks amazing, inside and out!

Convenience is important to us, as we are sure it is to your family as well.
Mail is delivered directly to your home, and school buses will pick up your
children at your driveway. All of our roads are maintained by the town of New
Hartford, and we offer public water and sewer.

Our manufactured housing community is dedicated to quality homes in a friendly
neighborhood. Applewood was designed with the needs of many in mind, including
empty nesters looking to downsize, young professionals looking for their first
home, young families just starting out, and active seniors who are looking for a
friendly neighborhood that offers a social component.
