UKCA DECLARATION

UKCA marking came into effect on 1 January 2021 as a result of the UK leaving
the EU single market. However, Eaton will still be able to use CE marking until
1 January 2023 in most cases, per guidance provided by the UK government.

EATON FOURTH QUARTER 2022 EARNINGS
