B2C-IDP (NEVIS) REQUIRED CONFIGURATION

How to set up authentication:
 * Register your SPA in the b2c-idp (Nevis) of every environment and get the
   clientId of each.
 * Configure the b2c-idp Urls and client Id for each environment
   * for cloud SPA, put the oauthIssuerUrl and oauthClientId for each
     environment in ./rwc-config.json in customProperties.
   * for on prem SPA, configure the issuerUrl and clientId for each environment
     in server/config/
     
     e.g.: server/config/b.json
     {
         "oauthIssuerUrl": "https://b2cidp-b.umobi.mobicorp.test",
         "oauthClientId": "your client id"
     }
