we work collaboratively with you and — to the extent you choose —with other
healthcare providers, family, and other natural supports. We are here to empower

That’s why here, you’ll find psychiatric and psychological evaluation and
treatment, integrative psychiatry and primary healthcare for children,
adolescents, adults, and families from committed professionals you can trust. We
utilize evidence-based treatments, while recognizing the benefits of
complementary and alternative forms of healing.

BECOME A PATIENT

To schedule an appointment at Birchwood Wellness, LLC you may call us at
515-289-1515.  Our staff will assist you in scheduling and tell you what to
expect at your first appointment.  Please bring your current medications, your
insurance card, and completed new patient paperwork to your first appointment.

*Please be aware that due to full caseloads, we are not scheduling testing at
this time.
