ABOUT THIS EVENT

Last stop of 2024! Developer Day on Tour continues to it’s final destination,
Toronto, on September 26th. What better way to end the tour than with a full day
of inspiring talks and workshops to help your teams up-level.

Atlassian is on a mission to unleash world-class software development for every
team! Now more than ever, software development teams are taking on more
responsibilities, and dealing with increased complexity and friction due to
shifting demands, requirements, and inefficient workflows.

With Atlassian Cloud, software teams get access to all the tools they need to
boost developer experience, improve software health, and deliver better software
faster. Whether you’re a customer interested in leveraging AI to cut down on
repetitive tasks or a Partner ready to sharpen your skills on Forge, you’ll walk
away feeling empowered to up-level your software team’s ways of working.

We’ve got an amazing day planned where you’ll get to meet other like-minded
software development professionals and learn best practices from industry
experts.

Pick the track that suits your interests:

 * World class software development - In this track we’ll focus on key topics in
software development such as how platform teams can improve developer
experience, how to apply AI across your software development workflows, and
how to improve collaboration across your extended software teams. We’ll also
have a session on how to optimize Jira for the best possible developer
   experience.
    * This track is best suited for software development managers and leaders,
platform engineering professionals, as well as engineers interested in
software development trends, the latest with Atlassian products, and
      insights from thought leaders.

 * Platform extensibility - Learn how to customize Atlassian tools and unlock
new use-cases with Forge, the next-gen app development platform for Atlassian
Cloud. Forge allows developers to host apps on infrastructure that is
provisioned, managed, monitored, and scaled automatically by Atlassian. With
just a few lines of JavaScript, build useful apps for yourself, your team, or
thousands of customers on the Atlassian Marketplace.
    * This track is best suited for app-builders and includes a hands-on
workshop. To ensure you get the most out of the workshop, attendees
      should:
       * Be familiar with Jira as an end user or admin
       * Be familiar with JavaScript or TypeScript and comfortable using the
         command line
       * Set up their Forge development environment before the event (we’ll
provide help if you get stuck)
       * Bring a laptop & charger

Spots are limited, so secure your seat today!
