Capital Sprints is a Washington, DC-based event management company committed to
providing premier multi-sport and running events promoting physically active
living in our community. Our events are designed to be “Lifestyle Changers.”



The “Lifestyle Changer” events include the Splash ‘N Dash and The Dash 5K-10K
series. Both racing series are exciting additions to the multi-sport and running
calendar.



Participants in Capital Sprints events have the exciting opportunity to
associate in an atmosphere of wholesome camaraderie while challenging and
encouraging each other as they develop healthy lifestyles and improve their
athletic skills.



Capital Sprints also provides race management services, including race timing,
pre-race, and race-day support, results, audio and video capabilities, and event
photography. In addition, we can broadcast your event live via the Internet.
