Cleaning Offer


ONCE FOR A WHILE

you get cleaning without agreement. That is mean your price is little higher but
we are flexible with date so no worries you need to set ‘your’ day in our
calendar. 399 sek per hour + moms


NOT SO OFTEN

cleaning once in month. Monday-Wednesday. 350 sek per hour + moms.


TWICE PLEASE!

you get help two times per month. 300 sek per hour + moms.


REGULAR FELLA

cleaning every week. 280 sek per hour + moms.

INDIVIDUAL PRICE

MOVING OUT

that kind of cleaning request ‘heavier’ equipment so don’t worry we take care of
that!


BYE BYE DUST!

extra time for windows, fridge or general cleaning up to your needs. Usually
twice at year, ofc up to your needs J




HOW WE CAN HELP?

Except regular duties we are a help hand with cleaning products, so no more
shopping list for you. We would be happy to use eco product if you like it too!

Your help will be always the same person, no more strangers in your home.

We do our best to do the maximum in minimum time, that’s why we setting first
meeting before scheduling cleaning time

HOW WE HANDLE THE KEYS

You get an document with amount of keys you are handing over to us. The keys are
safe in company case.

PAYMENTS AND RUT

You get the invoice after the cleaning with 10 days payment period. If you
having more cleanings we can agree on one invoice (auto-giro) with payment day
at 25th of each month.

"RUT"-deduction

In case you are entitled to the RUT-deduction (a domestic tax deduction relating
to labour cost and applicable to private persons/housholds) imposed by the
Swedish Tax Agency you pay only 50% of the original amount. You can find further
information and specifically whom is entitled to this benefit at
www.skatteverket.se

CANCELATIONS

If you are sick please inform us 24h before the cleaning day otherwise we will
send you an invoice on 50% cleaning costs. If you going on holiday please cancel
your cleanings with 7 days before scheduling date. Any other cancelations must
be cancelled 7 days before scheduled time otherwise you get an invoice on 50%
cleaning costs.
