EXCITING CHANGES ARE ON THE WAY



On July 15, 2024, the administration of your Brooks Brothers credit card account
will transfer from Citibank, N.A. to Imprint Payments, Inc., a technology and
credit card company selected by Brooks Brothers as a partner to enhance your
cardmember experience.

The new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard is an upgrade, but we want to assure
you that there will be no change to your current Brooks Brothers credit card
until July 15, 2024.  You can use it as you normally would until then and all
rewards you have earned will continue to be accessible via your My Brooks
Brothers Rewards account.

WHEN YOUR CARD ARRIVES

 * Activate your new card.
 * Set up your online account with Imprint and link your bank account for future

STARTING JULY 15, 2024

 * You will receive a welcome email with additional details on how you earn My
   Brooks Brothers Rewards points.
 * Start using your new, upgraded Brooks Brothers World Mastercard. You will no
   longer be able to use your old Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard to make
   purchases.
 * The balance on your old card will be automatically transferred to your new
   Imprint account.
 * Make sure your online account is set up with Imprint to make all payments to
   Imprint going forward.

What is Imprint Payments?


Imprint is a financial technology company and Brooks Brothers’ chosen partner to
provide you a rewarding credit card experience with the new Brooks Brothers
World Mastercard®. You will manage your account and payments in the Imprint
Payments iOS or Android app or at account.imprint.co, with 24/7 customer
support.

Why is my Brooks Brothers Account changing?


Brooks Brothers has partnered with Imprint to launch the new Brooks Brothers
World Mastercard to get you more out of your My Brooks Brothers Rewards
membership. You’ll earn even more points for every dollar you spend with the new
card.

Do I have to apply for the new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard?


If you received a notice in the mail that your account is being converted to a
Brooks Brothers World Mastercard account administered by Imprint Payments, Inc.,
you do not need to apply. Otherwise, you can request a physical card in the
Imprint Payments app when online account registration is available. Once you
receive your new card, follow the simple instructions on the card to activate
it.

When can I begin using my new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard?


Once you activate your new card, you can begin making purchases on it starting
July 15, 2024. Any payments you have scheduled with your existing Brooks
Brothers account, including recurring payments and auto-payments, will not
transfer over to your new Brooks Brothers World Mastercard. You'll need to set
up your payment information, including autopay, with Imprint for future payments
after July 15th.

Can I still use my previous Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard?


Yes, you can continue to use your current Brooks Brothers Platinum Mastercard
through July 14, 2024. Beginning July 15, 2024, your previous Brooks Brothers
Platinum Mastercard will be disabled, and you will no longer be able to make
purchases on it. Your balance will be transferred to your new Brooks Brothers
World Mastercard, and you will still be responsible for making on-time payments.

How can I make payments on my account following the changes?


Beginning July 15, 2024, you can make payments towards your Brooks Brothers
account at account.imprint.co or through the Imprint Payments app, which you can
access through the Google Play or App Store. Follow the instructions to set up
an online account, so you can begin making payments. Through July 14, 2024, you
will continue to make payments to Citibank or at
brooksbrothers.accountonline.com.

How can I set up and log into my new account at account.imprint.co or the
Imprint app?


Download the Imprint Payments app or visit account.imprint.co and tap “Find my
account”. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish setting up your
account. You’ll need a mobile phone number to finish setting up your account.
Once you’re logged in you can add your bank account and set up payments.

What payment types are accepted to pay my Brooks Brothers account following the
change?


You will no longer be able to make payments in store at a Brooks Brothers
location. The easiest way to pay is to connect your bank account to your Imprint
account and make a payment online or set up Auto Pay. However, you can also pay
by check or online Bill Pay via your bank or credit union.

Will my payment due date on balances from my Brooks Brothers account stay the
same?


Your payment due date will remain the same, but your payment method will change.
Beginning July 15, 2024, you will make payments towards your Brooks Brothers
account on the Imprint Payments app, at account.imprint.co, by check, or online
Bill Pay via your bank or credit union.

Will this affect my credit score?


This decision was not based on any information regarding your credit card status
or credit standing. Citi does not produce or maintain your credit score,
therefore we cannot advise how your score may be affected. You may contact one
of the major credit bureaus, Experian, Equifax or TransUnion if you would like
to find out more about your credit score.
