DETAILS

Klimb.io is hiring for the role of Customer Service Associate!

Roles:

 * Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, and
   renewal.
 * Drive faster "time to value" to improve customer satisfaction and minimize
   churn.
 * Translate customer objectives into measurable outcomes.
 * Develop and enhance user guides and documentation for product features.
 * Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
 * Provide intelligent product feedback and recommendations to Product & Tech
   teams.
 * Conduct ongoing operational reviews and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

 * Ability to clearly explain software features and functionality.
 * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
 * High degree of self-motivation, initiative, integrity, discipline, and
   commitment.
 * Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business
   relationships.
