TIP OF THE WEEK - ON TIME

 

 

Your Amazon performance score depends on 4 metrics: On Time, Acceptance,
Disruption Free and Tech Usage

The communication below will provide details on one of these key metrics. i.e.
On Time; and assist you in effectively maintaining it.

Maintaining your RPS score above 95% is crucial for unlocking exclusive access
to Long Term Contracts and Auctions. Falling below this threshold will result in
load reduction and temporary removal of access to the Relay load board or other
programs as mentioned earlier.


 

 

 

 
ON TIME (Definition, Tips & Trainings)

 

 

 

Metric measuring your compliance with scheduled origin destination times
provided by Amazon

- On time at origin: respecting the scheduled loading time
- On time at destination: respecting the scheduled unloading time

How to be 100% compliant with the On time metrics

- On time (OT) compliance depends on the driver being on site no earlier than 2h
before SAT and no later than 5 min after SAT. Checking in using the R4D app with
GPS location enabled is the best way to register your arrival time (see details
in the dedicated slide s)
- Your Amazon score logic attributes the delay controllability to the first
occurring defect
Ex.: if Carrier is late at On-time Origin (OTO) and it results in a delay at
On-time Destination (OTD), then both delays will be imputable to Carrier OTO
delay
- In most cases, if there’s no issue during positioning , there’s no Carrier
controllable issue at destination
