Robotics is the future. More Info FACTORY AUTOMATION Today’s manufacturing environment demands quality, repeatability, reliability and efficiency in the production process. ITM has been an industry leader in the deployment of automation and robotics for manufacturing. More Info MATERIAL HANDLING Material Handling is a critical component of today’s manufacturing process. Automated material handling solutions are necessary to take full advantage of the benefits of today’s technology in manufacturing. More Info VISION INSPECTION A key element to the advancement of automation and technology within manufacturing is the verification of processes and products during production. More Info TOOLING A mainstay of manufacturing, the design and manufacture of prototype and production tooling has been a key component of ITM’s capabilities throughout its 90-year history. More Info PRECISION MACHINING ITM has been providing precision machining services to the manufacturing industry since its founding in 1929 and remains a key provider of those services today. More Info PRECISION MACHINING * Factory Automation * Robotics * Material Handling * Vision Inspection * Tooling * Precision Machining IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS ITM has been providing precision machining services to the manufacturing industry since its founding in 1929 and remains a key provider of those services today. ITM’s manufacturing center possesses machining capabilities from conventional mills and lathes to 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers and CNC routing equipment with a skilled staff that are experienced in the processing of customer 3-D CAD models in various formats and utilize Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software for programming CNC machine tools for the generation of high quality and efficient machining to meet customer requirements. In addition, ITM also provides welding and fabrication support for customer-driven projects. Housed in ITM’s 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing center (adjacent to its 15,000 sq. ft. systems integration facility), this production facility provides precision machining and fabrication services in support of both ITM-developed production systems as well as customer’s urgent machining, fabrication and repair demands. We continue to invest in the latest technology, equipment, and training to provide optimum machining capabilities that exceed the manufacturing and research industry’s demands for quality, precision, and performance. FROM PAPER TO REALITY Quality precision machining transforms a print drawing, created in a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) or CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) program such as SOLIDWORKS or GibbsCAM, from a piece of raw material to a part ready for post-processing and assembly. The software allows for the complex geometry to be detailed and produced in both 3-D models and 2-D drawings for machining. Machinists must accurately program (CNC) or manually machine the parts according to these prints. Depending on the complexity, a variety of machining process may be needed to manufacture a single part including any combination of lathes, milling machines, drill presses, saws, and grinders. CNC (computer numerically controlled) devices require programming but provide a heightened level of controlled precision and repeatability when manufacturing parts. precision machining Manual-Machines - Precision Machining Spokes - Precision Machining Sprokets - Precision Machining Precision15 Precision14 Precision13 Precision11 Precision10 Precision8 Precision4 Precision Precision1 Precision2 Precision3 Precision18 Precision17 Precision16 Precision14 Precision7 Precision6 Precision5 PARTNERSHIPS * Phone: 210.651.9066 * Fax: 210.651.9067 * Email: mail@itm-texas.com 5925 Corridor Parkway Schertz, Texas 78154 map it ©2020 All Rights Reserved | Online Presence By Benson Design Email Directions Back To Top Introduce our Newest product Introduce our Newest product THE MODULAR ASSEMBLY SYSTEM Explore a pre-engineered, automated solution to meet the needs of small component assembly lines.
