OUTFOCUS provides guidance for leaders to outperform their competition. This
book describes the processes, priorities, and performance indicators that great
leaders use to move their teams forward. Bill Adams includes historical success
stories from executive leaders and guidance on innovative new tools for leaders,
such Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation.
Having incorporated many of Bill’s concepts in my past leadership positions, I
have experienced the success of leading teams to accomplish their goals. He has
captured many of these ideas and workplace dynamics that have proven to make
leaders successful. Understanding how teams respond to good leadership and
strive for excellence has allowed Bill to summarize his findings in OUTFOCUS.
This is a good book to read for both current leaders and future leaders.

Mr. Adams has written a book that the leaders of the failed banks should have
read. One must know that there is a huge difference between managing and
leading. Mr. Adams will help you discover the link between collaborating and
performing that drives an organization to excellence. He basically helps the
reader understand that nothing helps an organization like being collaborative
and understanding. This book will help you fix a problem that is destroying
businesses. “To OUTFOCUS competitors, leaders must be moving the organization
forward to create structures and work systems that quickly react to fluid market
and competitive conditions.” OUTFOCUS will teach you to be a leader by taking
notice of simple things. This is a great book for all in business.
