This initial two-day intensive face-to-face (public or inhouse) or 4 week
self-paced online course delves deeply into the principles of designing,
implementing and evaluating an effective workforce wellness strategy. Following
completion, you will benefit from 1-on-1 mentoring, as well as access to a large
arsenal of tools and resources via our online The Hub to help you embed key
learnings back into the workplace. 

National accreditation, globally embraced
The course adheres to the national unit of competency ‘Coordinate health and
wellness programs’ (BSBHRM531) which is delivered by Wellness Designs on behalf
of Australasian Leadership Academy (RTO Code 41012).  Australian Human Resources
Institute (AHRI) and Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS) members
can also claim CPD points.
