direct-to-consumer e-commerce skincare company. Morli's earlier career includes
roles at BlackRock Kelso Capital Advisory LLC and Bear Stearns & Co., where she
honed her skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and investment
management.

Eric Haley co-founded Gotham Greens in 2009 and serves as the Chief Financial
Officer overseeing the Company’s financial, human resources and information
technology operations. He began his career in finance specializing in M&A,
capital raising and strategic consulting at JP Morgan Chase and Corporate Fuel
Partners.
