<div class="section-description padding-bottom">We have developed a solution to make moulds for the draping of large composite materials (between 1 and 6 meters) by <strong>tiles welding</strong> (triangles or rhombus-shaped) and
<strong>Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM)</strong>.<br>This manufacturing process can be used to design other types of large metal pieces.<br><br>It brings together two technological solutions :<br>

<li><strong>A software solution :</strong> discretization of the surface of the piece into tiles and digital optimisation of the welding process.</li>
<li><strong>A robotic solution :</strong> prototype robotic work cell for the implementation of the digital results in accordance with qualified welding operating procedures.</li>
</ul><br>This project addresses the issue of <strong>higher industrial output rates</strong> for the <strong>construction of large metal structures</strong>. It addresses this issue by offering an alternative to traditional processes
