NISSAN DEALER SPONSORSHIP

The Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network is looking for Nissan Dealers to
sponsor and encourage third-party collision repair shops in their Dealer PMA to
become Nissan Certified Repair Providers. This form allows you to "Approve" or
"Reject" independent body shops that have already identified that you are their
primary Nissan Parts supplier. The form also allows you to sponsor additional
body shops that are not already on the list.

NISSAN CERTIFIED COLLISION REPAIR CENTER NETWORK

Thank you for your interest in becoming a certified shop for Nissan.

The Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network is looking for quality independent
collision repair facilities focused on providing a superior repair experience
utilizing quality parts to ensure that the repaired vehicle's value and safety
is maintained.

The purpose of the Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network is to ensure that
the next generations of vehicles are properly repaired, by equipping body shops
with the right tools, equipment and training. You're in a league of your own
when you receive your Nissan Certification and it can open up additional
opportunities for your business:

STEPS TO CERTIFICATION:

 1. REVIEW - Review the terms and conditions of participation and select the
    enrollment option. Then, see the amount due and select your form of payment.
 2. MARKET AREA - Contact the APN team to confirm if certification is available
    in your market area.
 3. ASSESSMENT – The question and answer process allows you to assess your
    capabilities and create a business development plan, if necessary. As you go
    through the process, you can assess whether or not you will be able to make
    the grade.
 4. EVALUATION - The online system provides you with a score and illustrates any
    deficiencies in becoming Certified or Recognized. It is part of the ongoing
    business development process.
 5. AUDIT- When you are sure you can meet all of the requirements, the next step
    is to schedule an on-site inspection-audit. The inspector will tour your
    body shop and ensure proof of compliance with photos and documentation.
 6. MARKETING - To ensure your shop gains value from Recognition, various
    marketing and promotional tools are available. Note: Shops must upload
    images and logos to personalize the optional marketing materials.

IS YOUR SHOP EV READY?

With the launch of the Nissan ARIYA and move to future vehicle electrification
the Nissan Certified Repair Network is launching a new designation category for
the certified repair network. Nissan EV Ready will allow your shop to stand out
of the crowd when EV owners are searching for repair facilities ready to handle
their ARIYA or LEAF. This designation will include a new EV badge, consumer
marketing, and shop locator search functionality.

As Nissan introduces more EV models, we will continue to provide Nissan specific
training in areas of EV technology and specific model repair courses. All
training will be located within the Nissan Collision Virtual Academy and
available to all shop personnel. All training within the site is included with
your certification fees and everyone is encouraged to participate. The
requirements of this certification will continue to develop and grow along the
Nissan model lineup.

In addition to the above courses the Nissan Certified Network is also
recommending the OEC EVHQ program. This program will highlight best practices
for the safe and proper handling of EV vehicles in addition to safety equipment
necessities. The program includes an in-shop inspection as well as individual
staff member training.
