ADAM BAIRD (HE/HIM)

I'm a multifaceted creative technologist and passionate photographer.
My world is enriched by my partner, Meagan, and our delightful dogs, Skyewalker
& Nova.
Originally from Austin, Texas — we now reside in the picturesque Vancouver, BC.

(PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND)

I’m the Head of Technology for a company in the media and entertainment space.

My job involves managing teams, staying ahead of trends, and driving innovation
to ensure our technology solutions are reliable and aligned with the needs of
the business. Over the last 15 years, I have worked for and consulted with media
companies and internet personalities ranging from influencers to YouTube
channels with 100M+ subscribers.

I'm a photographer who began with film in high school, transitioned to DSLRs,
and now enjoy shooting with mordern mirrorless cameras. I love capturing life's
fleeting moments, whether it's a bird in flight or a joyous wedding celebration.
I can often found under starlit skies shooting the cosmos or sitting somewhere
for hours, warping the clock for a timelapse. My work in has been utilized by
friends, local businesses, and media outlets across Vancouver.

My passion is events — Any occation that brings people together. Everything from
concerts to christmas parties, all the way up to weddings and conventions.
Through work, some highlights include working on E3 for YouTube, a DAY OF DOOM
event, a televised mortal kombat tournament, a comedy show that toured the
world, a massive nerd convention in london, austin, and australia, and helping
raise millions for childrens hospitals.

We try to do this via active support for several charitable organizations,
