All hair services start with purified water, Davines shampoos and conditioners
selected specifically for your unique hair care needs. Prices listed are a
starting point and may vary depending on the length and thickness of your hair.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations  Consultation - Complementary
The $10.00 fee will be refunded following completion of your appointment or will
be applied to scheduled services.
A 15 minute chat with your stylist to discuss your hair goals. Consultations are
designed to provide an overview of process and and estimated cost so book in
advance of your upcoming desired service. Can also be a bang trim appt, if so
please specify in appointment notes. Virtual consults available upon request.$10
Corrective Color Consultation
Designed to ensure that your appointment will go as smoothly as possible. This
allows extra time so that your stylist can do any necessary swatch tests. You
will receive a detailed plan, a price quote and inspiration pictures, by email,
within 24 hours of your consultation.$25

SIGNATURE CUTS

Styling  Haircut
For all lengths. Includes a blow dry.$65+ Custom Curl Cut
Designed for curly clients that like to embrace their natural texture. Come in
with your hair down and styled, so that your curl expert can get a sneak peak of
what they're working with! This could be a dry or wet cut, depending on what you
need. The best approach will be determined at the time of your appointment.
Includes a shampoo and style. This haircut is an additional half hour (1.5 hours

SIGNATURE COLOR

Signature Color  Single Process Color
Meant for a cohesive look, as well as gray coverage.$120+ Dimensional Color
AKA Highlights, Low-lights, Balayage
The best technique will be determined by your stylist at your appointment.$200+
All Over Blonde
$400+ Corrective / Creative Color
Requires a consultation with your stylist before booking. For color correction
services, be sure to book under ‘corrective color consultation’.$300+ Tint Back
Designed for the client who is currently highlighted and would like to go
deeper. This is a type of corrective color service.$200+ *Finishes are not
included in color services. Please book a blow dry or cut if you would like one.

CONDITIONING TREATMENTS

Plant-based bond building treatment. Designed for colored/highlighted hair.$40+
Natural Tech Treatment
A curated mix of treatments picked by your stylist, specifically for your hair
and scalp needs.$60+ Tone & Treat
The perfect combo. Includes a color gloss, hair mask, and a blow dry.$100+
**Does not come with a finish, so make sure to add one if you would like.


COLOR MAINTENANCE

Color Maintenance  Single Process Touch-up
For clients who previously had a single process color and are in need of a root
touch up.$100+ Mini Touch-up
Covers 1 inch around the hairline, visible parting, and crown. Must be booked
within 4 weeks of your full root touch-up and can only be done once in between.
Does not include gloss.$50 Mini Dimension
Face framing highlights. Perfect when you need a little lift but aren’t ready
for a full refresh.$100+ Partial Dimension
Used as maintenance for dimensional clients. Must be booked within 8 weeks of
your original dimensional appointment.$150+ Double Process Touch-up
Root touch up for all over blonde. Must be booked 4-6 weeks after your original
Double Process appointment.$200+ Base Break
Used to brighten natural roots in between or in addition to a full-dimensional
service. Must be booked within 8 weeks of original appointment.$50+ Color Gloss
Semi-permanent color used to enhance your natural. Can also be used in between
dimensional color services as a refresh.$50+ *All coloring services include a
gloss unless otherwise stated. All pricing is subject to change depending on
time needed, product used, and experience of stylist. Finished are offered a la
carts, so please book a blow dry or cut as needed. A consultation and finish are
required for all new color clients.


GUEST INFO & POLICIES

Gratuities / Payments / Deposits Tipping/Gratuities Industry Standard
recommendation for guests:
• Stylist: 20% (of hair services)
• Assistant/Shampoo person: 5% (of hair services)

Example: $100.00 (hair service value) + $20.00 (Stylist gratuity) + $5.00
(Assistant/Shampoo person gratuity) = $125

We require a credit card when booking appointments.

Cancellations • We respectfully require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your
appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 100%.
• Illness cancellations, with valid medical letter, must be rescheduled within
14 days



Reservations Advanced scheduling of appointments are required. We will not be
able to service walk-in appointments. We reserve all of our resources and time
exclusively for you. Please confirm your appointments at least 24 hours in
advance to avoid cancellation fees.


Check-in Clients must arrive 5-10 minutes before appointment time. If you are
more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and cancellation
fee will apply.


Refunds Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Retail products, with a valid
receipt, can be returned within 14 days for a retail credit. Hair services are
not refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please call the salon and
our team will be happy to discuss correction options. We love to hear the good

Appointment requirements:



• Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time.


• Upon entry, please wash your hands and we encourage for you to apply the
provided hand sanitizer.


• Face masks and optional during your entire visit.


• Please understand if you exhibit any symptoms of illness, or fever of 100.4 +,
you will not be permitted inside the salon and cancellation fees will apply.


• We accept Credit/Debit/Cash payments and tips via Venmo or cash.




Scheduling:


• A credit card must be kept on file to schedule an appointment.


• Confirmation of appointment is mandatory, as we reserve this time exclusively
for your services.


• Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid
cancellation fees.


• In case of no immediate availability, please call to inquire and/or join our
waitlist to reserve your place.

Sanitation policy:


• Our unique HVAC system provides fresh air exchange. Field Controls Fresh Air
Exchange System Control intelligently manages the central fan to provide fresh
air ventilation. Fresh Air Damper meets ASHRAE 62.2 requirements.


• Professional UV Light is used, after hours, for additional sanitation. This
Deluxe GermAway UV 95 Watt UV-C Surface Sterilizer technology by CureUV.com
allows for all surfaces and air to be sanitized within 30 minutes of exposure.


• Our water system is purified throughout the salon.


• DnA Salon continues to uphold our highest standards of cleanliness daily and
between clients.


• We continue to use fresh cape, smock, aprons, and towels for each client and
service performed.
