Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles aims to be number one at delivering customer
satisfaction and we are looking for individuals to help us deliver that. If you
can commit to putting our customers first and deliver excellence, then join our
team. You will need a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9 – 4 (A – C) in
English, Maths and Science for the Service Technician apprentice role, or GCSE
(or equivalent) grades 9 – 4 (A – C) in English, Maths and one other subject for
the Service or Parts Advisor apprentice roles.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Service Technician 

When you join us on the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Apprenticeship Programme,
you will work as an apprentice in one of our premium Van Centres and Approved
Repairers.
The Service Technician Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to work with
leading edge technology. Vehicle apprenticeships with Volkswagen Commercial
Vehicles are the key to our future as we move towards digitalisation and
electrification.
Throughout your apprenticeship you will be supported by mentors at your
workplace and by our training and apprenticeship team when at the National
Learning Centre in Milton Keynes.
On successful completion of your apprenticeship, English learners will receive:
• Apprenticeship in Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light
Vehicle)
• Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Service Technician Certification
• F-Gas Certificate (Refrigerant Handling Qualification)
For learners in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales, on successful completion of
your apprenticeship you will receive:
• A nationally recognised qualification (VCQ/VRQ or SVQ/SRQ)
• Core Skills Certificates
• Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Service Technician Certification
• F-Gas certificate


WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Parts Advisor 

When you join us on the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Apprenticeship Programme,
you will work as an apprentice in one of our premium Van Centres and Approved
Repairers.
The Parts Advisor Apprenticeship Programme will give you the opportunity to work
towards nationally recognised qualifications and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles
certification, all while gaining hands-on work experience.
We are looking for apprentices with a passion for Volkswagen Commercial
Vehicles, who want to electrify their careers and create a wow factor for our
customers.
During your apprenticeship with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles you will be
supported throughout the apprenticeship experience by your team at site, your
dedicated mentor and our expert training team.
On successful completion of your Parts Advisor Apprenticeship English learners
will receive:
• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
• Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Certification
For learners in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales, on successful completion of
your apprenticeship you will receive:
• A nationally recognised qualification (VCQ/SVQ)
• Functional skills qualifications
• Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Certification
