I wanted to share some feedback about my recent driving lessons with Fergal O’Neil During the first two sessions (Mar 29 11am-1pm), Fergal was quite enthusiastic, which was great. However, in the last two lessons(April 5 10am-12pm), he arrived late by 10 minutes and then had to stop to refill the gas, which ate into our lesson time. By the time we actually started, we were already 15 minutes behind schedule, and he wrapped up the class 10 minutes early, leaving me with only 1 hour and 35 minutes of actual teaching time instead of the scheduled 2 hours.Additionally, it wasn't until the end of the last session that Fergal mentioned that the two lessons we had taken that day were not EDT lessons but rather practice sessions. As someone with no prior driving experience, I understand the need for practice, but I would have appreciated knowing this beforehand. Until I met Kamil, I never drove a manual car ever, since at home we only have electric cars. Julia messaged me and was able to take me in for multiple 2 hour sessions over the last 2 months in Naas. She was extremely helpful and observant, she spotted bad habits I had gathered and was able to correct them. She is also very accommodating, changing her schedule to fit mine whenever it was needed. I would highly recommend her as an instructor!Just before the day of the test, unfortunately Julia's car became unavailable due to a mechanical issue but she made sure to help organise another instructor with a car I could use as well as a pre test lesson so I was comfortable in the car.For that pre test and the test itself I used Clodagh's car. She drove out from Tallaght to meet me before hand for a lesson so I could feel comfortable and she was very reassuring before the test. I couldn’t recommend Clodagh enough ! She made me super comfortable and a confident driver. She answered all my questions big and small ensuring me there was no silly questions. I did my full 12 EDT lessons (Manual) with another instructor which I also loved but I ended up switching to automatic as that was the only car available for me to practice in. I ended up doing two lessons with Clodagh (Automatic) once in her car and then in mine and she had me up to speed. I passed my theory side of things with flying colours and just a few marks in my moving off (look behind the shoulder).I would 100% recommend Clodagh to my friends and any learner that would feel a bit nervous cause once you’re in the car with her you’re nerves will disappear.
