I am very patient and understandable and will allow you to be as slow as you need to be. I also help those of you who are advanced. Technology help for all. Terms of service Privacy Policy I provide remote desktop support through Zoho Assist (https://www.zoho.com). We charge $60, which is good for one session. I offer a discount if you can prove you are a Student Teacher, Disabled, or a Senior (age 65+) or non-profit for business; I charge $15/Hour rounded up with a max of $45 if the session is 3 hours or is longer than 3 hours. Also, ask about a discounted one year service for those who qualify for that discount. Onetime support is billed after service via email invoice regardless of amount. For a year support billed immediately at $100 per Computer covering one device for non-business. For a year support with optional security software + $40 per device covering with Comodo Internet Security, or sold separately at retail.
