Through our agencies, Sojourner Recovery Services and Transitional Living, we
provide comprehensive health and social services to strengthen and empower 
individuals, families and communities.

   Individual and group sessions are available in person or via telehealth to
   address individuals and families’ unique needs.

   Trained crisis consultants are available 24/7 to answer calls to address
   mental health crises, provide support and connections.

   local agencies helps individuals achieve life goals and meaningful

   individuals in achieving their recovery goals.

 * COURT OUTREACH
   
   
   
   Outreach programs help support individuals struggling with mental health or
   addiction as they navigate the criminal justice system and access care.

 * HOMELESS OUTREACH
   
   
   
   PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homeless) assists
   individuals struggling with mental health access services and a pathway out
   of homelessness.

 * FORENSIC SERVICES
   
   
   
   Provides mental health crisis assessments and supports, skill-based groups
   and linkage services to individuals incarcerated in the Butler County Jail.

 * PERINATAL
   
   
   
   Services include prevention services and education, supports and housing
   services for pregnant women and women with young children who are struggling
   with substance use.
