On this portal the justice ministries of the individual federal states have
jointly created a platform to provide information on the delivery of legal
services. This announcements platform is divided in two sections: registration
and interdictions.

In the registration section you will find announcements concerning issues of
debt collection, pension advice, legal services for people seeking advice in
foreign law and public notices on registered authorisation. Legal services are
allowed to be provided only by a person with a proper qualification that has
been verified by the competent law court.

The interdiction section provides public announcements concerning any person who
has been banned from providing legal services to the public. Such interdictions
are usually made due to inept performance by a respective person in delivering
legal services to the detriment of people seeking legal advice.
