Our overall experience with Tom Apa could not have been better. I was
overwhelmed by the selling process but Tom took care of everything and made us
feel secure and comfortable. Tom was available to answer any questions I had at
any time and also handled all interactions with the buyer. He also helped us by
watching over the house when we could not be around and got us excellent
referrals to get the house cleaned and emptied.

Finally and most importantly, he knew exactly how to price the house so that it
was within a range that made it available to more buyers who were searching the
internet and MLS. He was able to get so much interest in the house that the
price he got for us was much more than I had expected. I could not possibly have

Donna has been a neighbor and friend of my family for almost 20 years. Our boys
were childhood friends and I could trust her as a mom as well as a friend. Even
though we hadnt seen each other for a while' we picked up where we left off,
when I bumped into her at an open house that I had attended , When I decided I
was ready to list my home,I did interview other agents that had reached out to
me. Then I received an email form Donna checking in and decided to consider as
well. She provided me with her credentials which were very impressive and
treated me like no time had passed, asking about my family and showing such
interest. Therefore I decided to GO with her and was happy I did. She broke
everything down into steps and made it so easy. She worked very hard and gave a
lot of her time into showing my home to as many prospective buyers as possible.
Informing me with updates on interested parties and comments that were made
during showing my property. When It was time to go over offers she explained it
to me carefully and offer feedback helping pick an offer . As the process
continued she contacted several times to let me what was going on what I should
do next. She even checked to see how my packing was going, how my garage sale
went and sometime just checking if i was feeling stressed. I even heard form her
during my move out of state and she left me with a beautiful gift and kind offer
to reach out to her with any realty questions when looking for new home . I am
very satified with Donna's realty work and would highly recommend her.
