proprietor and served as a representative of corporate, making use of his own
sales skills, focusing on the IT business that was forming trends, and
digitalizing various analog businesses. Ryo led the launch of multiple
profitable businesses and projects and was known as a successful
businessman/investor at the age of under 30. Ryo founded Overclocking Co. Ltd in
2020 to execute his visions and ideas to further speed-up the digital
transformation and unlock the new IT business trends.

Based in Tokyo Japan, formerly a software engineer, Loc is a businessman with
experiences in building several profitable businesses by himself. Loc recognizes
himself as a quick decision maker, an extremely decisive person. He is also very
open minded, a team-player and willing to collaborate to open the new business
chances.

Loc's professional career was a 4-years software developer in Goldman Sachs. He
has an extensive experience in building, maintaining the large scale and highly
available web-based services. Loc’s shares the vision with Ryo and join him in
shaping the new future of IT industry.
