Get StartedRenew Entity Check Entity Status ANNOUNCEMENTS May 2 Entity Validation Review Time Entity validation review time will depend on whether we can make a match from your original document submission, or if we need to request additional documentation. Most entities find a match immediately, but in some cases additional documentation and a manual review is required. The average manual review time is currently three (3) days. Mar 14 Reminder: Updating bank information in SAM.gov To change or update your entity's bank account information in SAM.gov, you must have your previous bank account information available. Once you submit it, your registration update must still go through IRS validation and CAGE verification (if you have a CAGE code) before it becomes active with the new bank account information. Mar 6 Changes to SAM.gov - Entity Administrators Starting today, March 3, 2023, entities are responsible for managing their own roles.
