I used this business for my second ac installation and continue to be pleased
with their promptness and dependability. This time the installer even painted
the wooden cabinet built many years prior to house the unit. Extra care with
matting placed to prevent bringing dirt into my home is appreciated. Installers
updated me on their progress and went over details of the warranty. Thank you
for a job well done.

We solicited quotes from 3 a/c installers for identical models, ECM offered the
best price. We were scheduled immediately, installers arrived on time, were
friendly, clean, professional and thorough. Installation completed in stated
time frame, system operation, warranty and maintenance clearly explained. We
received follow up calls from their customer service the next day to make sure
we were satisfied, system works great and we're happy that we went with ECM.

We had a new 5 ton a/c unit installed yesterday, and couldn’t be more pleased.
The installlers were very courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They took the
time to explain everything to us and made sure the work area was spotless when
they were finished.I have no problem recommending ECM very highly.

I had ECM scheduled for a routine A/C check and found out I had a major issue.
They presented all options without pressure, I opted to replace the unit and
they scheduled me with next day service. Everyone was incredibly helpful and
professional. The installers did a fantastic job or protecting my house and
carpet and installed the A/C expeditiously. Highly recommend!
