A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Frequently asked questions for paint parties
 1.  How much does it cost to host an event? $45.00 per person and we accept all
     major credit cards for reservations. We do not accept personal checks and a
     deposit is required, along with a signed contract and liability waiver
     form.
 2.  How do I register? Events can be booked using the contact form. You will
     receive a confirmation phone call or email within 24-48 hours at time of
     booking.
 3.  Do you provide wine? No, we are a BYOB business. You must be over the age
     of 21 to consume alcohol and we do check ID's.
 4.  What is needed to host an event? Nothing, just the people and whatever food
     and beverages for you and your guests.
 5.  What is the minimum people to host an event? 5 people
 6.  How many people can fit in your party room? 16 people
 7.  Do you travel? Yes, we charge a $150 traveling fee plus mileage (depending
     on distance).
 8.  How old do I have to be? All ages are welcome but events booked after 6pm
     require the minimum age of 18.
 9.  How much painting experience do I need? None, remember this fun art and our
     Candle Art Experts will be there to help you every step of the way.
 10. What should I wear? Whatever you want - just keep in mind that the acrylic
     paint will not come out of clothing; however, we do provide aprons for
     clothing protection.
 11. Who chooses the fragrance for the candle? When you book an event, you
     choose the fragrance for your guests. We have over 35 fragrances to choose
     from. Please note - fragrances can be purchased at an additional price.
 12. How long should I wait to burn my candle? We recommend that you wait at
     least 2-3 days before burning your soy blend candle.
 13. How long does a Wicks & Wine session last? Each session lasts between 2-3
     hours.
 14. What is the cancellation policy? The policy is outlined in your contract.
 15. Is there a COVID-19 protocol in place? Yes, we do have a COVID protocol in
     place. Details will be explained during initial booking.

To ensure the health of staff and clients, the following precautions include:

 * Checking the temperatures of staff and clients before event.
 * Providing hand sanitizer for use before and during event.
 * Ensuring face masks or coverings are worn by staff, if required by host.







Our commitment to payment security

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by
the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Our policy for returns and refunds

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Product delivery times

Standard delivery usually takes around 5 business days. Please note - we are
closed Sunday through Tuesday. Therefore, orders placed after 11am on Saturday
will be shipped on Wednesday.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us at 832-504-9093
and we will look into the details.

I visited last Sunday and bought a few items. Let me please tell you the wax
melts are super, I bought the large Autumn candle that smells so Devine. I also
bought the wine opener kit. I did this because I have seriously but from Specs
and the wine corks will eventually kinda melt because they seem to be a aluminum
foil product so yes checked it out and it will last very upgrade product, I also
want to give a big Kudos for the owner and employees. Very classy place. I loved
it

I attended a family member’s party here and was extremely pleased with the
customer service that greeted us as we entered the door, for the duration of our
stay, and sustained until we left. In this atmosphere, I felt like family.
Perfect place for painting, wines and wicks!! There were a variety of candles
that grabbed my attention, but I was able to limit my purchase to two. I was
eager to try one and did so upon my return home .When I say it lit my home-
there’s no exaggeration. I am beyond pleased with my purchase. I found my new
spot and highly recommend!!!

I have to tell you I thought I would never find Candles better than bath and
body until I came across Wicks and Wine the fragrance are to LIVE FOR. The
customer service is awesome and most importantly the delivery is Suuuuper Fast I
ordered on a Thursday after 3:30 and received on Saturday morning.. Keep up the
awesome work..

These scents are so heavenly! I light them and some of the scents remind me of
that old 90s love or those days when we all wore love spell by Victoria’s
Secret. The scents do what they are supposed to do!! You can tell these candles
are made with love and patience and I can appreciate a good 🕯️!!!! Get into the
candles!!!

These candles are wonderful, I’ve always had trouble smelling candles, but once
I purchased a few from Wicks and Wine I could smell everything while they burn.
I highly recommend you to visit the store and purchase some candles.

This is by far the best place to buy candles and paint & sip! The staff is
extremely welcoming and helpful. They have so many wonderful candles to choose
from you can go wrong with anything you decide. My favorites are Pineapple Sage
and Sweet Amber & Coconut. They make the best candles that I have ever bought
and they sell them at a great price. I love this store!
