The following entry requirements to Spain apply:
1. All travelers over the age of 12 must present one of the following medical
certificates:
* a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test result, issued within 24 hours before
arrival. The test result must be issued in English, Spanish, French, German
or be accompanied by a certified Spanish translation
* a negative COVID-19 NAAT test result, issued within 72 hours before arrival.
Accepted tests are: CRISPR, HAD, LAMP, NEAR, PCR, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR, SDA and
TMA. The test result must be issued in English, Spanish, French, German or be
accompanied by a certified Spanish translation
* a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, stating the traveler has been fully
vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival
* a COVID-19 recovery certificate, issued at least 11 days after a positive
COVID-19 NAAT test result. The sample for the certificate must have been
taken at most 180 days before arrival

Covid-19 Test/Vaccination RequirementsMost travelers require a COVID-19 test or
vaccination.
1. Passengers must have:
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 days after a positive
COVID-19 NAAT test result taken at most 180 days before arrival; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 24 hours before
departure; or
- a negative COVID-19 CRISPR, HAD, LAMP, NEAR, PCR, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR, SDA or
TMA test in English, French, German, Spanish or accompanied by a certified
Spanish translation, taken at most 72 hours before departure; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that:
- they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days and at most 270 days before
arrival; or
- they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose.
Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria),
Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid
(Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac. Other
vaccines are accepted if the last dose received is one of the previously
listed vaccines.
Passengers without an EU Digital COVID Certificate or equivalent, must
upload the COVID-19 recovery or vaccination certificate at
https://www.spth.gob.es/ . This will generate a QR code which must be
presented before boarding and upon arrival.
* This does not apply to passengers younger than 18 years.
* This does not apply to nationals of Ukraine.
2. Passengers between 12 and 17 years must have:
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 days after a positive
COVID-19 NAAT test result taken at most 180 days before arrival; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 24 hours before
departure; or
- a negative COVID-19 CRISPR, HAD, LAMP, NEAR, PCR, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR, SDA or
TMA test in English, French, German, Spanish or accompanied by a certified
Spanish translation, taken at most 72 hours before departure; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated
at least 14 days before arrival.

1. The official three letter country code in passports issued by Zimbabwe is
ZWE. However, for a limited period, passports were issued with the three
letter code of ZIM. These passports are still in circulation and will remain
valid until their expiry date.
2. Passports and/or passport replacing documents issued more than 10 years
prior to date of entry are not accepted.
