The Art and Science of Storytelling: Why HR Executives Need to Become Master
Storytellers

Facilitators: Cara Danielson, Executive Advisor and Mardi Walker, Executive
Counselor

As the global workforce becomes more diverse with increasingly varied employee
expectations, HR leaders are expected to connect the seemingly disparate world

make informed decisions, predict trends, and measure the impact of our
strategies. But data alone is not enough. The true test lies in our ability to
translate these data-based insights into compelling narratives. Storytelling
allows us to convey the significance of our findings in a way that can inspire a
workforce.

In this facilitated discussion, you will have a chance to both share and hear
from your peers:

 * How organizations can assess their current level of effectiveness in
   storytelling
 * The key attributes of great stories
 * How to effectively incorporate data into a storytelling approach in workforce
