Ambassador Benson H.O. Ogutu takes charge of the Embassy
Ambassador Benson H.O. Ogutu arrived in Moscow on 19th February, 2021 and
assumed his position as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the
Republic of Kenya to the Russian Federation with accreditation to Belarus and
Kazakhstan. H. E. Ogutu, is a consummate diplomat with a wealth of experience
spanning over 3 and a half decades.

JAMHURI DAY CELEBRATIONS 2022
Amb. B.H.O. Ogutu hosted the Jamhuri Day celebrations on 12th December 2022 in
Russian at a colorful reception that was held in Moscow at the Glav Up DK
Cultural Centre in Moscow.

Expression of Interest in investing in Special Economic Zones in Kenya download
The Special Economic Zones Authority is developing, managing and
operationalizing SEZs in Dongo Kundu and other parts of Kenya Coastal Region.
Currently, the SEZ Authority is undertaking the development of Dongo Kundu – as
a Public SEZ in Mombasa County on 3,000 acres of land and 1000 acres in
Naivasha, where investors can acquire long-term leases.

ОБНОВЛЕННЫЕ МЕРЫ ПО ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЮ ЗАВОЗА КОРОНАВИРУСНОЙ ИНФЕКЦИИ В КЕНИЮ

1. Все пассажиры, прилетающие в страну, должны иметь сертификат о вакцинации от
новой коронавирусной инфекциию Сертификат требуется загрузить в систему panabios
(https://panabios.org/) . Под вакцинацией подразумевается получение всех доз,
рекомендуемых для использованной вакцины, при этом последняя доза должна быть
введена не ранее, чем за 14 дней до поездки (не включая день вакцинации).
2. Пассажиры, не имеющие сертификата о вакцинации, должны предоставить
отрицательный результат ПЦР-теста, сделанного не ранее, чем за 72 часа до
отъезда.
3. Пассажиры, прибывающие по воздуху, должны заполнить анкету на платформе
Jitenge и получить QR-код перед посадкой на самолет.

4. Данные требования не относятся к детям младше 12 лет (0-11,99).
5. При отсутствии отрицательного результата ПЦР-теста или подтверждения
вакцинации, либо при наличии симтомов ОРВИ, пассажирам потребуется сдать
экспресс-тест на антигены стоимостью 30 долларов США. При положительном
результате экспресс-теста на антигены пассажирам предстоит пройти самоизоляцию в
соотвествии с требованием Министерства здравоохранения Кении.
6. Выезжающим из Кении необходимо соблюдать требования страны назначения.
7. Авиалинии также могут предъявлять требования к наличию результатов ПЦР- или
экспресс-тестов при следовании в Кению или из Кении.
